The basic principle of any Data Centre is to ensure the security of the data stored in it. HIMOINSA generator sets used for these projects may incorporate a redundant starter system: electric + hydraulic or electric + pneumatic. Engine start-up is thus 100% guaranteed.
With integrated pre-heating resistance with a pump, engine water is kept at a temperature of at least 40ºC, which enables the generator sets to start 10 seconds after any power outage, ensuring a totally secure uninterrupted power supply for data centres.
OPEX VARIABLE-SPEED RADIATOR. Automatic radiator regulation according to engine temperature ensures lower fuel consumption and reduces noise. Automatic radiator regulation is included as an option.

The batteries used in HIMOINSA generator sets are ready to withstand multiple charge/discharge cycles, increasing their service life. Even at high temperatures, these batteries can last for up to twice as long as conventional batteries.
HIMOINSA incorporates an internal silencer to optimise the size of the container and to minimise transport and installation costs and times. This exhaust system is included in all containers as standard.
Containers painted by means of an exhaustive four-step process that includes washing and passivation pretreatment and surface application of a liquid with three separate components. This guarantees a final thickness of 250 microns and grade C5-M (Medium) corrosion resistance, according to standard ISO 12944.
