HIMOINSA employs one of the highest quality soundproofing systems on the market; class M0 rock wool, 50mm thick and with a density of 145kg/m3. Our watertight chassis and IP23 canopies have been designed to prevent the ingress of water. A perfect balance is achieved between the sealing techniques and the location of the air inlets.
Their compact dimensions and rounded corners provide resistance and durability while ensuring a more attractive design.

ELECTRONICS
CEM7 Generator set control. The CEM7 control unit monitors the operation of the engine and the quality of the electrical signal it generates. It has a 4-line graphic display with language selection to show the status of the generator set. It has a communication bus to incorporate external devices that extend the functionality of the control unit. In addition, it allows you to connect electronic engines to a J1939 bus (optional).
18
CEC7 Automatic transfer switch between grid and genset. The CEC7 control unit monitors the quality of the grid signal and can order an external generator set to start up and to then handle its close-down once the grid supply has been reinstated. It is possible to integrate the management of the genset by using the CEM7 control unit which allows you to view the status of the generator set (measurements, alarms, etc.) from the controller’s interface. If you use any other control unit model in the generator set, the generator set start-up is ordered by free voltage contact. It has a 4-line graphic display with language selection to show the status of the generator set.
CEA7 Control of the generator set and automatic transfer switch between the grid and the genset. The CEA7 control unit orders the start-up of the generator set in the event that the grid signal is outside the programmed operational range and it handles its close-down once the grid supply has been reinstated. It has a 4-line graphic display with language selection to show the status of the generator set. It has a communication bus to incorporate external devices that extend the functionality of the control unit. In addition, it allows you to connect electronic engines to a J1939 bus (optional).
M7X Generator set or motor pump control. The M7X control unit supervises the running of the engine and the quality of the electric signal that is generated. It has a graphical display that makes it possible to display the information through icons. It allows you to connect electronic engines to a J1939 bus (optional).
M6 Control panel and protection with a threeposition key and an auto-start function (possibility of starting the engine manually or automatically by using free voltage contact).

Allows the manual transfer of fuel from an external tank to the tank of the generator set.
Electric transfer pump mounted on chassis, load level system. Allows the automatic transfer of fuel from an external tank to the tank of the generator set. The load level system detects when the fuel tank level is low and starts the pump; once it has reached the pre-programmed level, it switches off.
NOT available in non-soundproofed genset versions with type A10, B10, C10, D10, E10 canopies and a plastic tank. Note: supplied separately; it will only be delivered mounted on chassis with metal tanks. Nor is it available in the HZA Hooded series.

GENERATOR SET
Open skid CBR10
Ring
Metal tank that makes it possible to increase the standard capacity of the fuel tank of the soundproofed version. These tanks are manufactured in high strength sheet steel, with internal reinforcements that prevent the rapid transfer of the fuel and fuel spill, especially when the generator set is being hoisted. They incorporate a metal filler neck 120mm in diameter. They are ready to ensure the supply from the group at 100% of the load for between 20-24 hours. (Depending on models and consumption).

VALID MODELS
A device to heat the engine coolant that allows the load to be connected quickly to the genset. Supplied as standard in all gensets with panel type AS5, AS7 and AC5 or prepared for automatic. The resistance is installed in the engine, it includes a thermostat that gives the order for it to connect or disconnect. For such a device to operate, it has to receive voltage from a supply that is external to the group.

The Second Zero suppression expansion is an electronic module designed to avoid the second zero that is produced in the switching when voltage is restored from the grid and the generator set disconnects. This module will communicate by CAN with the switching measurement module and will receive information from it as to the synchronisation of the grid and the genset. It will have two analogue outputs to control the speed of the engine (SPEED signal) and of the regulation of the voltage of the alternator (AvR signal). The module includes as an additional function, a series of digital and analogue inputs and digital outputs that are used to increase the inputs/ outputs.

PARALLEL | APPLICABLE TO ALL GENSETS WITH ELECTRONIC ENGINE REGULATION
Automatic parallel panel between generator sets and possibility of operating with public GRID. Full control device, load synchronisation and distribution and protection and sectioning device.
• Synchronisation functions • Other functions such as storage of alarms and events, communication ports (optional), control of the sequences of the electricity plant.
Power circuit • Automatic three-pole circuit breaker (one per genset) of the appropriate amperage, with a motorized 230Vac control, an MN 24Vdc trip coil and auxiliary contacts.. • Luted with copper for a line connection from the genset and an output line to consumers. • Cables input underneath. • Frontal connections.
Operating modes 1. Locked mode | OFF. In this operating mode, the controller is disconnected from the system; it will be impossible for the genset to start up automatically or manually. 2. Synchronisation test | TEST. In this operating mode, the genset starts up until it reaches its rated voltage and frequency. It then syncs with the grid. 3. Manual mode | MAN. In this operating mode, the controller uses the manual controls to start the genset up. 4. Genset on automatic | AUTO. a. Emergency mode when the grid returns WITHOUT synchronisation | EMERGENCY. In this operating mode, the genset runs as a back-up in case a zero arises in the grid. b. Emergency mode when the grid returns WITH synchronisation | ZERO RETURN. In this operating mode, the genset runs as a back-up in case a zero arises in the grid. In addition, this operating mode
Control and monitoring software The control module that we employ undertakes all the necessary functions for the correct performance of the system; it can be configured using the keyboard on the front panel or a PC with software supplied by HIMOINSA SL (optional). It includes the following functions: • Control, Protection and Display of engine parameters • Control, Protection and Display of generator parameters • Control and Display of grid parameters
does NOT imply passing through zero in the grid or main bars when the company starts operating again. c. Genset in parallel with load sharing grid | LOAD SHARING. In this operating mode, the genset and the grid work in parallel, the load is shared between the two. d. Genset in parallel with the grid at fixed power | BASE LOAD. In this operating mode, the genset will produce the base power of the installation; to do so, the genset must be adjusted to produce a determined load and this shall remain invariable over time or until the adjustment is modified. e. Genset in parallel with the grid Peak Shaving | PEAK SHAVING. The plant is kept fed through the grid; the system permanently monitors that the imported energy does not exceed a set threshold. Once this threshold and the confirmation time have been exceeded, the system gives the order that the genset needs to start up, so that the imported power remains under the adjustment threshold.
