The Unthinkable

The Unthinkable Noah was a shy 12 years old boy . He lived with his mother in a little town, MayStreet. Noah did not have a lot of friends. In school, he would sit in the corner where no one could see him.

Even though Noah didn't talk that much, he was very intelligent.

Noah's mother made clothes for a living.

Noah's family wasn't very rich so he had to work for everything.

As Noah walked down the street, he had no idea that his whole life was about to change.

When Noah walked into the house, he saw his father standing in the middle of the living room.

Noah's father started abusing his mother when he was three. Noah's father would disappeared for months than just show up at the house.

Noah! Took at you. You have grown into a full man.

Noah didn't say anything to his dad.

He was always scared to talk back. He wounded what he was doing here.

Boy...You better answer me.

Noah's mother cared about Noah so much that she would only stand up to Noah's father for him.

Noah's father looked at both of them with a smile on his face.

Noah's mother went to the kitchen and put on a pot of soap.

Son. How's your school?

Noah hated his father but he could never stand up to him.

He would pray every night so that god could have him straight. But every time Noah's father comes around, Noah freezes.

At dinner, Noah didn't say a word. His father sit down with a beer in his hand and pretended that they were a perfect family.

As Noah wanted to bed, he heard his mother screamed for help. He started to pray.

She's a great person.

Noah prayed more and more until he couldn't take it anymore.

When Noah walked in the living room and saw his father, he wasn't scared anymore.

As Noah pushed his father of his mother, something came over me. I wasn't scared anymore.

When Noah heard the words that his mother said, it shocked him.

He didn't understand how he was able to do that. Then he realized that god had gave him the straight, the straight to help his mother.

Mom..Are you ok?

Honey, I am fine.

After that night, Noah's father never came back.

Noah had faced up to his father. God had gave him the straight to and he told himself that he would never let anyone hurt his mother again.
