Dear Fellow Aviation Lover,

Nicknamed “Warthog” by the aircrews and maintainers who worked on it, the lumbering A-10 Thunderbolt II – despite its unappealing, bulky structure – continues to command an ample sense of respect and dignity as validated in the skies of Afghanistan and Iraq.
