Items must be returned in the condition received and in the original packaging. Prints: Damaged prints will be replaced at no charge. Due to the delicate nature of fine art prints, we cannot accept returns. DVDs and Software: Defective merchandise will be replaced with another of the same title. Once the tamper-proof seal on the box has been broken, the item is no longer returnable.
