大部分節目，當中許多節目更開放 予世界各地愛好藝術的觀眾 。
衷心祝賀香港藝術節今年踏入第 49 屆 。這一年一度的藝術盛事在新冠 肺炎疫情的挑戰下，仍然辦得有聲 有色，精采可期。
今年藝術節帶來一連串繽紛多彩的 網 上 及 現 場 節 目， 涵 蓋 音 樂、 歌 劇、戲劇、舞蹈、電影等多個藝術 範疇 。總體來說，藝術節會在「遠 在咫尺」的主題下，呈獻合共約三百 場節目、活動及表演。 藝術節的亮點，包括捷克布爾諾國 家歌劇院及其兩年一度「布爾諾楊 納傑克節」的多場精選數碼版歌劇 及音樂會 。同樣引人注目的，還有 兩部取材自英國劇作家尼爾 ．巴奈 特改編劇作《鼠疫》的發人深省作 品，一部為英語版，另一部為粵語 版。粵語版為香港本地製作，英語 版則由身處六個地區的六名演員作 網上實時演出。來自蘇格蘭鄉村的 魔術師史葛．蕭凡亦會在網上實時 演出，他的互動作品《心靈旅程》每 場只限三十位觀眾參與 。此外，亦 有十六部慶祝香港賽馬會當代舞蹈 平台十周年的製作，包括與中國內 地及英國藝術家合力創作的作品 。 在藝術節開幕演出中，香港中樂團 會進行兩首曲目的世界首演，而廣 獲讚譽的莫斯科莫伊謝耶夫舞團， 則會為這國際藝壇盛會作閉幕演出。 我很高興市民可於登記後免費觀賞

It gives me great pleasure to congratulate the Hong Kong Arts Festival on the staging of its 49th annual celebration of the arts, and doing so in splendid fashion despite the daunting challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. This year’s Festival features a cheering range of online and in-venue programmes showcasing music, opera, theatre, dance, film and more. In all, the Festival presents some 300 events, activities and performances under the theme “Separate Together”. Festival highlights include a dazzling digital selection of operas and concerts from the Czech Republic’s National Theatre Brno and its biennial Janá ek Brno Festival. Equally notable are two piercing productions of British playwright Neil Bartlett’s adaptation of The Plague, one in English, the other in Cantonese. The Cantonese version is produced in Hong Kong, while the English version is a live

online performance starring six actors in six time zones. Illusionist Scott Silven also performs online and live, from rural Scotland. His interactive production, The Journey, is limited to 30 participants per show. The Hong Kong Jockey Club Contemporary Dance Series celebrates its 10th anniversary with 16 productions, including collaborations with artists from the Chinese mainland and the United Kingdom. The Festival opens with the Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra performing two world premieres and concludes its international slate with the acclaimed Igor Moiseyev Ballet from Moscow. I find it particularly gratifying to note that the vast majority of events are available free of charge, upon registration, with many of them open to arts lovers from all over the world. The Arts Festival’s promotion of arts education in schools continues. And PLUS programmes bring together audiences and artists through behindthe-scenes videos, artist dialogues and pre- and post-performance talks. For all that, and much more, I am grateful to the inspired diligence and dedication of the Hong Kong Arts Festival team. My thanks, too, to the sponsors and donors for their generous support of the arts and culture, particularly in these trying times. I wish you all an enjoyable and memorable Hong Kong Arts Festival.

The Hong Kong Arts Festival (HKAF) is a major international arts festival committed to enriching the cultural life of the city by presenting leading local and international artists in all genres of the performing arts in February and March each year. Since its launch in 1973, the HKAF has presented top international artists and ensembles across multiple genres—from music, opera, Chinese opera and ballet to break dance and experimental theatre. International guests have included major state operas, established theatres, top orchestras and stars of the day. We also frequently partner with renowned international artists and institutions to produce exceptional new works. We have also collaborated with Hong Kong’s own creative talent to produce work which is now part of the local canon and to showcase emerging local artists. Over the years, the HKAF has commissioned and produced over 200 local productions across genres including theatre, chamber opera, music and contemporary dance—many with successful subsequent performances in Hong Kong and overseas. As part of our enduring commitment to enriching the cultural life of the city, we organise a diverse range of Festival PLUS activities for the community before and during the Festival to enhance engagement between artists and audiences. These include film screenings, masterclasses, exhibitions,

meet-the-artist sessions and guided backstage and cultural tours. Beyond the main Festival, the HKAF also promotes inclusivity and understanding through the arts. Its “No Limits” project, co-presented with The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, strives to create an inclusive space for people with different abilities to share the joy of the arts together. To nurture the next generation of artists and audiences, the HKAF also invests heavily in yearround arts education for young people. Over the past 29 years, our “Young Friends” scheme has reached over 782,000 local secondary and tertiary school students; members can enjoy showcases, pre-performance talks, open rehearsals, Festival performances and in-school workshops led by international and local artists. Donations to the Student Ticket Scheme also make approximately 10,000 half-price student tickets available each year. The HKAF is a non-profit organisation. Its principal income sources are: recurrent funding from the government, box office revenues, and sponsorship and donations made by corporations, individuals and charitable foundations which form a significant portion of total income and also enables the HKAF to receive support from the Government’s matching scheme that matches income generated through private sector sponsorship and donations.

踏入千禧年之後的香港舞壇，經歷過回歸的亢奮，之後的 十年，卻似乎平平淡淡的過去了 。
藝術可以平淡致遠，但藝術圈不能平淡，標新立異的當代 舞圈更加不能 。
創造舞蹈平台的想法，自 2010 年開始——建立一個健康的專
業舞蹈生態圈，讓本地獨立年青編舞及舞者能夠持續發表 新作品及演出，配合藝術節的推廣以至教育外展等培育年 青觀眾的活動，在沉寂的舞壇裏醞釀起一股舞蹈風暴 。
這 個 設 想， 有 幸 得 到 香 港 賽 馬 會 慈 善 信 託 基 金 的 全 力 贊 助，於 2012 年迎來了第一屆平台 。
2021 年，這個平台走過了十年光陰，舞出了一個時代 。
是時候做一個小小的總結了，不是為了懷緬，是為了溫故 知新，繼往開來 。

After the fervour surrounding the reunification, the Hong Kong dance scene went through a rather calm and uneventful decade as it entered the new millennium. Art itself can be placid and mild, but the artistic environment should not be, least of all the contemporary dance scene, which thrives on innovation and experiment. The idea of creating a contemporary dance series began in 2010, to establish a vibrant professional dance ecosystem that would allow young local independent choreographers and dancers to continually present new works and performances. The goal was to create a producing platform integrated with promotion and educational outreach activities to cultivate young audiences, so as to re-energise the local dance scene.
This ambitious vision was fortunate to receive the full funding support of the Hong Kong Jockey Club Charitable Trust Fund, without which CDS would not have existed for 10 years since 2012. After dancing through a decade in 2021, the series is a key player in the development of contemporary dance. It is time to take a look back at how the series has contributed to a fertile environment for dance in the city. To commemorate is not to bury the past, but to review the present so a new future might be reinvented.

Launched at the 40th Hong Kong Arts Festival in 2012, the Hong Kong Jockey Club Contemporary Dance Series (CDS) is a comprehensive art project that encompasses curation, artistic creation, presentation, production, audience building and contemporary dance education. The CDS commissions young dancers to create independent choreographic works, and it discovers potential artists and provides professional art administration and technical production support, which gives choreographers an opportunity to experiment with their creativity. The dance series also helps independent artists to meet their creative needs within the limitations of the local arts environment by matching choreographers and dancers with composers and costume, set and lighting designers to broaden the creative spectrum of contemporary dance in Hong Kong.

流，刺激創作思維與製作模式，過去曾合作單位包括 意大利編舞沙朗尼、北京青年舞蹈家平台的謝欣、李 超、楊暢、張翼翔、常肖妮及鞏中輝、比利時聲音藝
術家彼得 ．萊納、英國編舞迪克森 ．姆比、約斯 ． 貝克及創作指導田戈兵等 。十周年系列演出中，部分
與海外藝術家聯手創作的作品將再次登上藝術節的舞 台，在經歷演化後展現更成熟的面貌 。
另一方面，曾於平台發表的作品亦屢次走出香港，進 行海外巡演或獲邀參與國際舞蹈節，將孕育於香港的
創意及視野放於國際舞台上 。過往曾參與的重點國際 舞蹈節包括：蘇格蘭愛丁堡藝穗節、美國三藩市國際 藝術節及芬蘭滿月舞蹈節等 。
The CDS encourages collaboration between local and overseas artists to stimulate creative thinking and new production models. Past collaborators include Italian choreographer Alessandro Sciarroni; mainland choreographers from Young Artists Platform of Dance (Beijing), including Xie Xin, Li Chao, Yang Chang, Zhang Yixiang, Gong Zhonghui and Chang Xiaoni and dramaturg Tian Gebing; as well as British dancers Dickson Mbi and Jos Baker, and Belgian sound artist Peter Lenaerts. The tenth anniversary programmes feature some returning works that involve collaborative efforts with overseas artists, which have evolved into more mature pieces since their initial productions. There are also works premiered in the series that have had the opportunity to tour overseas or appear at international dance festivals; these creative visions nurtured in Hong Kong have shone on the international stage. Major international dance festivals that have been graced by CDS alumni include the Edinburgh Fringe Festival (Scotland), the San Francisco Festival (USA) and the Full Moon Festival (Finland), among others.

In addition to theatre performances, the HKAF team curates a CDS educational outreach programme every year. Led by professional dance teachers and delivered in a relaxed interactive environment, the programme gives students in Hong Kong secondary schools the chance to immerse themselves in the power of contemporary dance. This prepares students to approach performances with open minds, after which they will also have a chance to chat to the choreographers and reflect on their experiences at post-performance talks. For instance, the tenth anniversary programmes feature a performance tour which infuses dance, drama and personal stories of three contemporary dancers to explore the meaning of contemporary dance with participants. Key points of the tours are summarised for students on educational display panels. Previous events have included school exhibitions, guided talks, workshops, open rehearsals and official performances, as well as preand post-performance guided appreciation sessions.

《沒有大象》– 編舞的話
大象太大， 我們看不見背後， 就像我們看不清真相； 大象太老， 我們不知道它的心， 是否還年輕 。 「大 象」是 這 個 作 品 的 符 號， 它象徵着巨大的孤獨、沉默與 似乎看見卻不可言說的真相 。 每個人處境身份不同，也曾經 歷不同的得與失 。當我們變得 麻木，就算房間裏有隻大象走 來走去，也會視若無睹，而大 象不會因為我們假裝沒看見就 自己走開，沉默就是迴避和否 認，是對真相的忽視或逃避 。 「沒有」意味着一切沉默的真相 被放在時間維度中，曾經那些 遭遇終將化為烏有，「大象」被 時間隱藏或早已消失 。
劇場版作品通過六名演員對 「大象」的自我表達作出詮釋 。 2020 年全球疫情爆發，因演出 受限，此作品以影像的方式呈 現 。演員分別在兩個時空裏， 用不同的空間形式，來建構新 的微妙關係 。在若即若離的關 係中，讓「大象」這個符號呈 現， 讓 它 的「沒 有」， 變 得 無 足 輕 重。 最 終 我 們 要 探 討 的 是，在不可言說的真相面前， 我們是要在沉默中滅亡還是爆 發， 選 擇 謊 言 還 是 坦 誠 的 核 心問題 。
Elephant in the Room – Choreographer’s Note
When the elephant is too big, We can’t see its back, Just as we cannot see the truth clearly. When the elephant is too old, We don’t know if in its heart, It’s still young.
The “elephant” is the symbolic centre of this work, representing elephantine loneliness, silence and an unspeakable, yet visible truth. Every person faces his own problems, his own identity, his own life experiences. When we become numb, we turn a blind eye, even if an elephant were pacing the room. But the elephant won’t walk away just because of our pretence. Silence is avoidance and denial, through which we neglect and escape the truth. To deny the existence of the elephant means to leave silent truths to the flow of time, to allow our past misfortunes to come to naught. The “elephant” becomes concealed in the folds of time, or perhaps it has simply disappeared.
The actors use different spatial forms to construct new and subtle relationships in two time and space. In this ambiguous relationship of proximity and detachment, the symbol of the “elephant” is conjured up, making its “absence” trivial. Ultimately, confronted with the inexpressible truth, we interrogate the choice between lies and honesty at its core— whether we die out in silence or break free from denial.

The theatre work consists of six performers interpreting and performing their own “elephant”. In light of the global outbreak of COVID-19 in 2020, live performing arts activities were hindered, the piece was filmed and presented on video instead.

編舞常肖妮本科就讀於北京舞 蹈學院編導系，碩士就讀於北 京師範大學藝術與傳媒學院電 影學專業，目前任職北京師範 大學藝術與傳媒學院舞蹈系 。
她 曾 創 作 獨 舞 作 品《長 河 吟》， 於 第 七 屆 全 國 舞 蹈 比 賽 獲中國文化部文華獎編創一等 獎；其獨舞作品《失語者》獲 意大利羅馬國際舞蹈大賽現代 舞 三 等 獎； 獨 舞 作 品《流 年》 於第七屆全國「桃李杯」舞蹈 比賽獲文化部編創三等獎；曾 參與文化部承辦的大型音樂舞 蹈 詩《亞 洲 銅》， 擔 任 舞 蹈 導 演，並赴羅馬參加中意文化交 流 年 活 動； 作 品《忽 然 悟 空》 入圍上海國際藝術節青年藝術 家扶持計劃，以及入圍 2017 年 日本橫濱舞蹈節；舞蹈影像作 品《岸》參加北京大學生電影 節開幕式首映；舞蹈影像作品 《房間》入圍希臘雅典影像藝術 節 。2017 年，她獲得培青計劃 委 約 創 作《沒 有 大 象》， 在 國 家大劇院小劇場首演 。
Chang Xiaoni studied choreography at the Beijing Dance Academy and received a Master’s in film studies from the Beijing Normal University School of Arts and Communication, where she currently teaches in the Dance Department. Chang is the recipient of numerous prizes. She created the dance solo The Chant of the Yellow River, for which she won the Wenhua First Prize for Culture at the 7th National Chinese Dance Competition. Her dance solo Aphasia was awarded Third Prize at the World Dance Championship in Rome in the contemporary dance category, while her solo dance Fleeting Time won Third Prize in choreography at the 7th National Taoli Cup Dance Competition. Her work The Monkey King’s Enlightenment was shortlisted for the Shanghai International Arts Festival’s Rising Artists’ Works Programme, and the 2017 Yokohama Dance Collection (Japan).

Coast, which premiered at the Beijing College Student Film Festival; and her multimedia dance work Room, which was shortlisted for the Athens Digital Arts Festival in Greece. In 2017, she was commissioned by the Young Artists Platform to create Elephant in the Room, which premiered at the National Centre for the Performing Arts. Her major works include The Monkey King’s Enlightenment, The Chant of Yellow River, Fleeting Time, and the multimedia dance works Coast, One-Third and Room.
Chang has participated in numerous works, including the grand musical dance poem Asian Copper, for which she served as director; an annual China– Italy cultural exchange event in Rome; her dance visual work 25

陳瑋聰畢業於香港演藝學院戲 劇學院，主修表演 。在學期間 獲取多個獎學金，包括張達明 劇作獎學金、戲院學院院長獎 學金、高膺伉儷獎學金、香港 演藝學院校友會獎學金及匯豐 銀行慈善基金 ── 香港與內地 學生交流獎學金 。他的畢業作 《李 逵 的 藍 與 黑》獲 第 22 屆 香 港舞台劇獎最佳整體演出及十 大最受歡迎演出 。 他曾參與演出包括香港視覺 藝術中心《急救箱與許願池— 梁 基 爵》、 六 四 舞 台《五 月 三 十 五 日》、 前 進 進 戲 劇 工 作 坊《西邊碼頭》及《金龍》等。
另外，他亦曾參加新域劇團的 《劇場裏的臥虎與藏龍》系列， 至 今 發 表 了《無 他， 我 家 …》 及《豬 狗》 兩 個 劇 本 。2016 年，他發表了「舞讀劇場」的 首 個 作 品《無 語 鹿》， 作 品 糅 合詩、手碟音樂與形體演出 。 他 現 為 樂 團 The Interzone Collective 成員 。
Anson Chan graduated from the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts (HKAPA) School of Drama, majoring in performance. He received various scholarships during his studies, including the Cheung Tat Ming Playwriting Scholarship, the Dean of Drama Scholarship, the Mr and Mrs Ko Ying Scholarship, HKAPA Alumni Association Scholarship and The Hong Kong Bank Foundation – Hong Kong-Mainland Exchange Scholarship. His graduation work, The Black and Blue of a Man, was awarded the Best Overall Performance and one of the Top Ten Most Popular Performances at the 22nd Hong Kong Drama Awards. He has been a part of several theatre performances include the Hong Kong Visual Arts Centre’s Emergency Kit & Wishing Pool – Gay Bird, Stage 64’s May 35th, On & On Theatre Workshop’s Quai Ouest and Der Goldene Drache, and more. He has been involved in Prospects Theatre’s play-writing scheme and has published two theatre scripts: Without Him, My Family and Pigdog. In 2016, he created The Interzone Collective’s first theatre work Speechless Deer, infusing poetry, handpan music and body movement. He is a member of the band The Interzone Collective.

梁儉豐是本地獨立編舞及舞 者， 畢 業 於 國 立 臺 北 藝 術 大 學舞蹈系研究所及香港演藝學 院，分別主修表演及中國舞 。 梁儉豐曾兩度獲香港藝術節邀 請， 分 別 於 2016 及 2018 年 委 約發表作品《風的悲鳴聲》和 《 The Battle Zone 》。
除與不同編舞家合作及到海外 巡演外，他亦積極開拓藝術家 的交流平台 。 2016 年製作《身 體印記—後殖民的青鳥》，邀請 港澳台三地新生代的舞者發表 獨舞作 。2017 及 2019 年舉辦 兩 屆《 Battle-Or-Not 》， 結 合 當代舞劇場表演及街舞鬥舞的 形 式 。 2020 年 獲 西 九 文 化 區 委 約 創 作《戰 鬥 圖 騰》， 進 一 步實驗創新的觀演形式「 Battle Theatre 」， 建 立 演 員、 當 代 舞 和街舞舞者的交流平台 。
舞者簡介
Kenny Leung is a Hong Kong independent choreographer and dancer graduated from Taipei National University of the Arts with an MFA in Dance Performance and the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, where he studied Chinese Dance. He has twice been commissioned by the Hong Kong Arts Festival, to create The Lament of the Wind (2016) and The Battle Zone (2018). In addition to working with various choreographers and touring around the world, Leung is devoted to developing exchange platforms for artists. In 2016, he produced Body Code: Post-Colonial Blue Birds (2016), which presented new solos choreographed by six dance artists from Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. In 2017 and 2019, he produced Battle-Or-Not by integrating stage performances and street dance battle. In 2020, he was commissioned by the West Kowloon Cultural District to create Battle Totem, which further experimented with his concept of “battle theatre” and offered an exchange platform for actors, contemporary dancers and street dancers.
張嘉怡 Kerry Cheung

張嘉怡畢業於香港中文大學護 理系 。她由 2019 年起成為不加 鎖舞踊館駐團藝術家，致力開 闊公眾對舞蹈的想像，以創意 身體工作坊接觸不同年齡層的 對象 。她同時熱衷探索身體的 感知與表演可能性，並參與各 種訓練、研究及演出 。

Kerry Cheung graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Nursing. Since 2019, she has been the resident artist of Unlock Dancing Plaza, collaborating with different community age groups through creative workshops. She is also passionate about exploring somatics and body performance, taking part in numerous training sessions and research. Her performances include New Force in Motion series: Unmixed, REAL showcase series: FIT in WHAT, Passoverdance’s Maze: Shifting boundaries, Dance On series: Untitled III, Jockey Club New Arts Power mobile dance: Maybe Tomorrow, Unlock Dancing Plaza XNamstropsX Sunfool’s KU-SO Olympics.

Li Bin is a freelance choreographer and dancer. He graduated from the Department of Choreography at Beijing Dance Academy. He has performed in Young Dancers Development Plan for several times and has been involved in the Hong Kong Arts Festival, the Hamburger Theater Festival and the Wu Zhen Theatre Festival.

余巧兒生於香港，畢業於香港 演藝學院當代舞系，現為自由 身舞蹈藝術工作者 。
她 曾 與 香 港 藝 術 節、 流 白 之 間、 多 空 間、 東 邊 舞 蹈 圑 和 多 個 獨 立 編 舞 家 合 作， 包 括 古 倩 婷（希 臘）、 黃 煒 丹（英 國 ）、 常 肖 妮（ 北 京 ）、 黛 安 ．麥登、伊恩 ．羅賓遜（美 國）、MW 舞 蹈 劇 場 及 伍 宇 烈 （香港）。
她亦醉心於創作，為伍陸柒捌 合作社成員之一，致力透過簡 單 直 接 而 純 粹 的 創 作 意 念， 促 進 香 港 舞 蹈 界 的 發 展。 她 曾 參 與 編 舞 作 品 包 括《 II 》、 《 Loafer 》、2019 年舞青 DNA《玩 下 啫 ！》、2019 年 不 貧 窮 藝 術 節《記 憶 方 糖》（赴 台 灣 恆 春 演 出 和 交 流）， 亦 曾 創 作 獨 舞 作品《 4 分 33 秒》。
Carmen Yu was born in Hong Kong and graduated from the HKAPA, majoring in contemporary dance. She is now a freelance dance artist. Yu has worked with Hong Kong Art Festival, Blank Space Studio, Y-Space, E-side Dance Company and independent choreographers including Christine Gouzelis (Greece), Dam Van Huynh (UK), Chang Xiao Ni (Beijing), Diane Madden, Ian Robinson (USA), MW Dance Theatre and Yuri Ng (Hong Kong). Yu is engrossed in creation. She is a member of FiveSixSevenEight, which is dedicated to promoting and developing the Hong Kong dance scene by delivering simple, direct and pure concepts. Her recent choreography includes II, Loafer, WuQing DNA 2019’s Play What!, Lets Be Together Arts Festival 2019’s Memory of Sugar and involved cultural exchange performances in Hengchun, Taiwan. She also had a solo work 4"33.

Performer Profiles
Michael Tong is a registered physiotherapist who sees dancing as his second career. At the age of 19, he joined the Chinese University of Hong Kong’s Modern Dance Society and started dance training in various genres. Since 2011, Tong has been focusing mainly on modern and contemporary and has danced in works by various artists and choreographers such as Pewan Chow and Flora Hon. In 2019, he performed in the International Choreography Festival’s Falling Like the Apple 2019, by Peishan Chiew. He launched his first full-length piece through CCDC’s REAL showcase series in 2014 and short pieces through E-side Dance Company’s Antenna 2019 and Imagination Boom 4 2018 respectively.

丁 裕 軒 2001 年 畢 業 於 美 國 加 州 藝 術 學 院 電 影 系， 此 前 曾 獲「香 港 獨 立 短 片 及 錄 像 比 賽」青少年組優異獎及公開組 銅獎 。他畢業後曾任職電影宣 傳公司、電台創作部、廣告公 司以及擔任廣告、音樂錄像導 演等。他並於 2007 年至 2014 年 間任職天比高創作伙伴錄像部 主 管 。 他 其 後 成 立 Hobbyhub Entertainment， 主 要 業 務 為 創 作及製作多媒體廣告及音樂錄 像，以及為短片或演唱會擔任 視覺美術設計等 。另外，他亦 以「 Shelf-Index 」的 名 義 進 行 聲響創作 。
After winning the Bronze Award (open category, 2001) and a distinguished award (youth category, 1997) at the Hong Kong Independent Short Film and Video Awards, domting graduated from the California Institute of the Arts in 2001. Since then he has worked in various roles in the media industry such as film promotion, radio broadcasting, and music video production. He was the video production supervisor for Skyhigh Creative Partners from 2007 to 2014. Since the launch of Hobbyhub Entertainment in 2014, he has mainly focused on a handful of categories including television commercial, music video and visual design for performances and concerts. He occasionally creates sonic manipulation material under the alias Shelf-Index.
張素宜 Cheung So- yi

張素宜畢業於香港演藝學院， 獲頒藝術學士（榮譽）學位， 主修舞台燈光設計 。曾合作機 構 包 括 香 港 舞 蹈 團、 進 念 ． 二十面體、香港藝術節、鄧樹 榮戲劇工作室、浪人劇場等 。 她 曾 赴 台 北、 波 蘭、 法 國、 馬來西亞、澳洲、愛丁堡等為 本地音樂或舞蹈作品交流燈光 設計 。她曾出版畫冊《曼陀羅 畫冊》。
Cheung So-yi graduated from the HKAPA with a Bachelor of Arts in stage lighting design. She has cooperated with companies including Hong Kong Dance Company, Zuni Icosahedron, Hong Kong Arts Festival, Tang Shu-wing Theatre Studio and Theatre Ronin. She has worked as lighting designer for local music and dance companies touring to Taiwan, Poland, France, Malaysia, Austria and Edinburgh. Jaycee Kwok graduated from the School of Theatre and Entertainment Arts of the HKAPA in sound design and sound recording. Since graduating, he has worked with many art groups, including Kearen Pang Production, Chung Ying Theatre, Actors’ Square, PIP Theatre, The Radiant Theatre, Trinity Theatre, Windmill Grass Theatre, Hong Kong Repertory Theatre, Emperor Entertainment Group, 100Most and the Hong Kong Arts Festival. Bernardo graduated from the HKAPA, with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Honours) degree, majoring in Arts, Event & Stage Management. She was the deputy stage manager at Chung Ying Theatre and worked as stage manager at the Hong Kong Disneyland. Her recent productions include Studio City Macau’s show Elekron, Hong Kong Ballet’s Peter Pan and Opera Hong Kong’s Crazy in Love.

這次製作是特別的，雖然我跟 阿輝互不相識，從頭到尾都素 未謀面，但我們卻能在藝術層 面上迅速達成共識，感覺是件 蠻奧妙的事 。在過程中，我們 不斷地互相發問，試圖從對話 中，幫助彼此尋找靈魂最深處 的那塊禁地，同時也回溯我們 的過去，用最得體的方式把我 們最 dirty 的一面呈現出來 。
This is a special production in the sense that I didn’t know Gong before and we haven’t actually met each other. But it feels amazing to be able to get on the same artistic wavelength so quickly with Gong. We kept asking each other questions throughout the process, and by talking we tried to help each other to dive deep in our souls, as well as tracing back to our pasts. We present our dirty side in the most decent way.

我和阿翀以「最得體」的方式 完成這次合作 。我們甚至沒有 見過對方！演出現場如果連 身體都消失，那該是甚麼演出 呢？我和阿翀雖然沒有親身 接觸過，卻在彼此的靈魂裏找 到共鳴 。 同時，我很感恩有這次合作， 驅使我回到被拆掉的老家，兒 時可以玩一天的泥地，如今已 經長滿了小麥，讓我在此尋找 當時的回憶 。
Dever and I completed this collaboration in the “most decent” way. We haven't even seen each other in person yet! How will it turn out when we lack the human touch in performance? Our souls have found resonance in each other despite not having any physical contact. I am grateful for being able to take part in this collaboration, for which I visited my old house, which had been pulled down. Where I used to have fun all day playing in the mud is now a wheat field. This collaboration has given me an opportunity to reminisce about my childhood memories.
本 來 一 切 都 是 沒 有 的。 因 為 一 個 關 於《得 體 /Dirty 》的 念 頭，它就造就了 。
這 個 製 作 以 ZOOM 視 像、 語 音、 錄 像、 照 片 及 文 字， 隔 空記錄兩位編舞家不在場的身 體對話 。挖掘內心最深處了解 〈本無〉的心性；遊走〈虛幻〉 的過去及當下；回溯到生命的 〈原點〉，最後發現所有對立面 都是一體的，一切也只不過是 〈夢幻泡影〉。
This production documents a conversation on the existence of body and being, between the two dancers, using Zoom, voice messages, videos, images and text. “The Void” is a space of infinite possibilities, for the decent, the dirty and everything above and beyond, where the nature of “Impermanence” provides a way of seeing the constant changing of things. Tracing back to “Where It All Begins”, the two dancers embody the non-duality in everyday life, showing that “Life Is But a Dream”. All is illusory.

陳慶翀畢業於香港演藝學院舞 蹈學院，主修現代舞 。他 2010 至 2018 年 間 在 台 灣 雲 門 2 任 全 職舞者，除了舞台演出外，也 致力參與舞團在台灣的各種推 廣項目，例如下鄉、駐校駐市 駐 館、 校 園 巡 迴、 空 間 展 演 等。 他 現 為 自 由 身 舞 蹈 工 作 者，作多方面發展嘗試 。
Choreography and Performance – Dever Chan
Dever Chan graduated from the HKAPA, majoring in contemporary dance. He was a full-time dancer in Taiwan with Cloud Gate 2 from 2010 to 2018. Besides stage performances, he has devoted himself to promoting dance to various age groups, resident schools, campus tours and exhibitions. He is now a freelance dance artist, exploring different roles and identities in the performing arts industry.

鞏中輝畢業於北京舞蹈學院編 導系，曾任北京現代舞團執行 藝術總監，是現任貴州師範大 學音樂學院舞蹈系主任，以及 楊麗萍孔雀當代舞團及嘎嘎舞 團團長 。他是中國當代舞蹈劇 場創作者及表演者，曾先後與 紙老虎戲劇工作室、楊麗萍、 高艷津子合作，並受邀參加德 國柏林藝術節、蘇黎世國際藝 術節、香港藝術節、新加坡藝 術節等的演出 。

Gong Zhonghui graduated from the Department of Editorial, Beijing Dance Academy, he was the artistic director of the Beijing Modern Dance Company and is currently a teacher at the Music College of Guizhou Normal University and Peacock Contemporary Dance Company and Ga Ga Dance Company. He is a creator and performer in China’s contemporary dance theatre and has been invited to perform at the Berlin Arts Festival, the Zurich International Arts Festival, the Hong Kong Arts Festival, the Singapore Arts Festival and more.

鍾浩敏畢業於英國約克大學心 理 學 學 士（一 級 榮 譽）， 並 持 倫敦政治經濟學院及美國南加 州大學全球傳播學雙碩士 。她 曾 與 夏 菲 尼 高（香 港）、 網 上 藝術品交易平台藝術庫、巴塞 爾藝術展及香港慈山寺合作， 分別參與文案編輯、翻譯、攝 影及影像創作等工作 。
Stephanie Chung graduated with a Bachelor’s in Psychology from University of York in the UK and a Master’s in Global Media and Communications from London School of Economics & Political Science and USC Annenberg. She has worked with Harvey Nichols Hong Kong, Art Sleuth, Art Basel, and Tsz Shan Monastery on copywriting, translation, photography and video content creation projects.

雙演出《火滅》/《煉金》呈獻兩部作品於平台首演後的成熟面貌：《火滅》 以肢體動作探索一對相處日久的夫妻的張弛關係，而《煉金》則由短篇發 展至中篇形式，進一步展現身體、氣球、燈光及音響之間的化學作用 。 This double-bill performance showcases the development of two works since their premiere at CDS. Put Out the Flame narrates the emotions behind a married couple’s every-day routine with their sharp, gravity-defying movements, while the extended-length revival of Hermetic Diode plays with body, plastic bubble, sound installation and visual art elements.
