To add a file from the appFiles home page click on the Create New appFile link. Name the file. If it’s a Seller file it will be the address. If it is a Buyer file it will be the buyer’s name. File Type will be either Seller or Buyer. The other fields will become visible when you add the file type. Type in the agent name, the buyer or seller name. All other fields can be left blank. Scroll to the bottom of the window and select Next. If another agent in your office will be sharing the file, select the name from the agent list. Click Next at the bottom of the window to proceed. 7. In the file click on Add a Form in the File Contents section.
8. Type in the form number or name to add the form. Add forms as Separate Individual Forms. Click the Add Selected Forms button when finished.
9. The form will open automatically to fill in. To access other added forms, click on the form name under General Paperwork on the left-side of the file. 10. To import FMLS data on a form click the yellow Import Values button. Add the MLS number and follow the prompts to import the data.
TURNING IN FORMS
11. To turn in the forms, click the File Information edit button at the top of the AppFile folder.
12. In the File Name window, if it’s a Buyer change the name to the listing address. If it’s a seller the name remains as is. 13. In the File Type scroll down to the Broker Inbox section and select New Pending if it’s a buyer, and New Listing if it’s a seller. 14. Scroll to the bottom of the window and click the Save Changes button.
