Including: • Warranty (additional page) • Affiliated Business Arrangement Disclosure • Drone Indemnification Agreement (if applicable) • Anti-Fraud Disclosure Statement • CB10, Protect Yourself When Selling a House • Coming Soon Marketing Addendum (if applicable) Notify Listing Coordinator of Signed Exclusive Seller Brokerage Engagement Agreement in Appfiles Send Sellers Property Disclosure Statement Exhibit Sellers to complete via Appfiles Send Community Association Disclosure Exhibit to Sellers to complete via Appfiles Meet with Seller and walkthrough the property to discuss staging and market prep Schedule listing photos with photographer Schedule sign install (if ordering wooden sign) Take the lock box to property and make a copy of key Ensure Lockbox is properly set up in Supra Complete Dual Entry Form and turn into Listing Coordinator Review FMLS data/photos
