This mission statement is expressed in the PC Helps corporate tagline “Support Solved�. This PC Helps corporate message is expressed in all communications materials through the use of typography, colors, images, and graphic elements. Done consistently over time, the result is immediate recognition in the minds of the potential target audience. This is brand building. Clear Space

Logo Concept The PC Helps logo brands what the company does best – empower people through expert computer software support.

This is represented by the green “PC” and the familiar computer “pointer” icon.

The PC Helps logo is similar to a signature and acts as a sign-off on all PC Helps communications. Great care should always be taken when using the PC Helps logo to and consistently presented.

Logo clear space is determined by using the “p” in PC Helps. Space to the left and right of the logo is calculated by two times the “p”. While the space on top and bottom of the logo is calculated by one “p”.

Color Palette The PC Helps primary color palette consists of Green, Gray, and Black.

PC Helps GUI, Quotes, Green Gradient, and Legal Line

GUI Usage The PC Helps brand GUI is used on all marketing materials and always placed at the top, never on the side or bottom. The GUI consists of a gray gradient bar and should always contain the PC Helps logo and tagline on the left side. Copy and imagery may be placed within the GUI for information or graphic accent.

Highlight Quote The success of PC Helps is based solely on the satisfaction of its client base. Conveying their endorsement is an important aspect in building the PC Helps brand. Highlight quotes should always appear in Red and have a playful typographic quality with varying weights and sizes. Credit should be given beneath the quote in Black. Client logos may be used at times with permission to strengthen the PC Helps credibility story.

Green Gradient Usage The green gradient should be used sparingly and only when suitable. It can be used to enclose pictures (like bookends), be a background with the green starting from the bottom, or in diagrams. The green gradient should never be used in corporate stationary.

Legal Line Copyright legal line on all marketing materials should say: “Copyright © 2006 PC Helps Support, LLC All rights reserved.”
