ONBOARD EXPENSE ACCOUNT
Setting Up Your Account
If you did not set up an account during Online Check-In or during boarding in the cruise terminal, you can do so in the Royal App or at the Guest Services Desk on Deck 4 Onboard Expense Accounts can be set up with a credit card, a debit card, or cas h. Our ships utilize a cashless system, so your SeaPass card will be the only way to make purchases while onboard. Please note that a temporary hold of $99.75 will be placed on your card to verify funds. Onboard purchases over $100 will generate additional holds. The hold will be released within 3 to 5 business days after your cruise ends, but can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank. You may add other guests to your expense account by visiting the Guest Services desk. A daily limit can be placed on arcade spending. All charges can be viewed in the Royal Caribbean App or on your Stateroom TV. Printed receipts will be provided for each onboard purchase, and a preliminary statement will be delivered to your stateroom on the second to last night of your cruise. A final statement will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of departing the ship on the last day of your cruise. Guests on a cash account will need to settle their account at Guest Services prior to disembarking the ship.

How much are gratuities?
If not already pre-paid, a $18.00 gratuity ($20.50 for Suite guests) is added to each guest's onboard account daily to help recognize superior service from crew during your cruise. This gratuity is shared among dining & culinary services staff, stateroom attendants, and other hotel services teams working behind the scenes. In addition to daily gratuities, an 18% gratuity is automatically added to all beverage, mini bar items, specialty dining, and spa & salon purchases.

HOW TO GET IN ON ALL THE FUN
A one time only registration is needed for children ages 3 - 11 to be able to participate in our program. This can be done in Adventure Ocean on deck 11 and 12 during opening hours. No registration needed for our Teens 12 - 17 years participating in our teen activities.

In compliance with our Youth Evacuation Plan, children will be given colored wristbands that correspond with their muster stations. In the event of an emergency, Youth Staff will escort all children participating in Adventure Ocean activities to their muster stations for reunification with their parents/guardians. Parents, please ensure that your child wears the wristband that was specially placed for them in your stateroom and that they continue to wear it for the duration of the cruise vacation.

AQUANAUTS: 3 - 5 YEAR OLDS
Whatever they’ve dreamt up today, the sky’s the limit for our Aquanauts. Here, pirate ships and space shuttles are way more than make believe. Because storytelling sparks their imagination — and that makes it real to them. Children must be fully potty trained and diaper free to participate in this age group.
EXPLORERS: 6 - 8 YEAR OLDS
For Explorers, there’s no end to activities that engage young imaginations. Like science experiments, including Space Mud, Get Buggy and Germ Jungle, arts and crafts with Adventure Art and much more! Please note Explorers and Voyagers may combine age groups at quieter times.
VOYAGERS: 9 - 11 YEAR OLDS
The Voyagers group offers endless ways for kids ages 9 - 11 to play. They can stoke their competitive spirit at games, show off their creative skills with age-appropriate arts and crafts and learn with science experiments, including Germ Jungle, Volcanoes and more! Please note Explorers and Voyagers may combine age groups at quieter times.
LATE NIGHT PARTY ZONE
It is $10.00 per hour/child and charged in half hour increments. We will close when the last child signs out, or at 1:00 am, whichever comes first.
FAMILY ACTIVITIES

OPEN PLAY AND TOY LENDING
For some family fun for young children, please visit Open Play on Deck 11. Please note this area is unsupervised and a guardian should be supervising children at all times. We offer a Toy Lending Program for all families with children ages 6 months to 36 months. Please pick up your bag of toys from the the Royal Babies and Tots Nursery, Deck 11, during opening hours to play with your little ones at your own leisure. We also have some Autism Friendly Toy Lending bags on offer.
CHILD SAFETY RATIOS
Due to safety and security regulations, Adventure Ocean operates on a first come, first served basis until we reach maximum capacity. We regret any inconvenience and will do our best to accommodate your child as soon as we can.
BEHAVIOR POLICY
If a child behaves inappropriately, they will get a verbal warning. If the behavior continues, we’ll put them in an ageappropriate time-out. A third incident will result in dismissal from the program. We’ll notify parents right away the first time it happens so they can get involved.
CURFEW
Adventurers under the age of 18 who are not accompanied by a parent or guardian have a curfew of 1:00 am, unless they’re participating in programs hosted by Adventure Ocean or Teen Staff.
LATE PICK-UP POLICY
Please note the designated pick-up time for each activity. Following a 15-minute grace period, you are subject to a late fee of $1 per child, per minute. If your shipboard activity runs late, not to worry — you will not be charged.
DIAPER POLICY
All children participating in Adventure Ocean activities must be at least 3 years old and be fully potty trained.
SELF-SIGNERS
With parental consent, only 9-to-11-year-olds have the opportunity to sign themselves in and out of the program only while at sea. If your child is a self-signer, please make sure that they always carry their SeaPass® card with them for safety and identification purposes.
YOUTH SEAPASS CARD
If you wish to deactivate your child’s SeaPass®, please do so at the Guest Services Desk.

VOYAGERS: 9 - 11 YEAR OLDS
The Voyagers group offers endless ways for kids ages 9 - 11 to play. They can stoke their competitive spirit at games, show off their creative skills with age-appropriate arts and crafts and learn with science experiments, including Germ Jungle, Volcanoes and more! Please note Explorers and Voyagers may combine age groups at quieter times.
LATE NIGHT PARTY ZONE
It is $10.00 per hour/child and charged in half hour increments. We will close when the last child signs out, or at 1:00 am, whichever comes first.

OPEN PLAY AND TOY LENDING
For some family fun for young children, please visit Open Play on Deck 11. Please note this area is unsupervised and a guardian should be supervising children at all times. We offer a Toy Lending Program for all families with children ages 6 months to 36 months. Please pick up your bag of toys from the the Royal Babies and Tots Nursery, Deck 11, during opening hours to play with your little ones at your own leisure. We also have some Autism Friendly Toy Lending bags on offer.
CHILD SAFETY RATIOS
Due to safety and security regulations, Adventure Ocean operates on a first come, first served basis until we reach maximum capacity. We regret any inconvenience and will do our best to accommodate your child as soon as we can.
BEHAVIOR POLICY
If a child behaves inappropriately, they will get a verbal warning. If the behavior continues, we’ll put them in an ageappropriate time-out. A third incident will result in dismissal from the program. We’ll notify parents right away the first time it happens so they can get involved.
CURFEW
Adventurers under the age of 18 who are not accompanied by a parent or guardian have a curfew of 1:00 am, unless they’re participating in programs hosted by Adventure Ocean or Teen Staff.
LATE PICK-UP POLICY
Please note the designated pick-up time for each activity. Following a 15-minute grace period, you are subject to a late fee of $1 per child, per minute. If your shipboard activity runs late, not to worry — you will not be charged.
DIAPER POLICY
All children participating in Adventure Ocean activities must be at least 3 years old and be fully potty trained.
SELF-SIGNERS
With parental consent, only 9-to-11-year-olds have the opportunity to sign themselves in and out of the program only while at sea. If your child is a self-signer, please make sure that they always carry their SeaPass® card with them for safety and identification purposes.

ONBOARD EXPENSE ACCOUNT
Setting Up Your Account
If you did not set up an account during Online Check-In or during boarding in the cruise terminal, you can do so in the Royal App or at the Guest Services Desk on Deck 4 Onboard Expense Accounts can be set up with a credit card, a debit card, or cas h. Our ships utilize a cashless system, so your SeaPass card will be the only way to make purchases while onboard. Please note that a temporary hold of $99.75 will be placed on your card to verify funds. Onboard purchases over $100 will generate additional holds. The hold will be released within 3 to 5 business days after your cruise ends, but can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank. You may add other guests to your expense account by visiting the Guest Services desk. A daily limit can be placed on arcade spending. All charges can be viewed in the Royal Caribbean App or on your Stateroom TV. Printed receipts will be provided for each onboard purchase, and a preliminary statement will be delivered to your stateroom on the second to last night of your cruise. A final statement will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of departing the ship on the last day of your cruise. Guests on a cash account will need to settle their account at Guest Services prior to disembarking the ship.

How much are gratuities?
If not already pre-paid, a $18.00 gratuity ($20.50 for Suite guests) is added to each guest's onboard account daily to help recognize superior service from crew during your cruise. In compliance with our Youth Evacuation Plan, children will be given colored wristbands that correspond with their muster stations. In the event of an emergency, Youth Staff will escort all children participating in Adventure Ocean activities to their muster stations for reunification with their parents/guardians. Parents, please ensure that your child wears the wristband that was specially placed for them in your stateroom and that they continue to wear it for the duration of the cruise vacation.

VOYAGERS: 9 - 11 YEAR OLDS
The Voyagers group offers endless ways for kids ages 9 - 11 to play. They can stoke their competitive spirit at games, show off their creative skills with age-appropriate arts and crafts and learn with science experiments, including Germ Jungle, Volcanoes and more! Please note Explorers and Voyagers may combine age groups at quieter times.
LATE NIGHT PARTY ZONE
It is $10.00 per hour/child and charged in half hour increments. We will close when the last child signs out, or at 1:00 am, whichever comes first.

OPEN PLAY AND TOY LENDING
For some family fun for young children, please visit Open Play on Deck 11. Please note this area is unsupervised and a guardian should be supervising children at all times. We offer a Toy Lending Program for all families with children ages 6 months to 36 months. Please pick up your bag of toys from the the Royal Babies and Tots Nursery, Deck 11, during opening hours to play with your little ones at your own leisure. We also have some Autism Friendly Toy Lending bags on offer.
CHILD SAFETY RATIOS
Due to safety and security regulations, Adventure Ocean operates on a first come, first served basis until we reach maximum capacity. We regret any inconvenience and will do our best to accommodate your child as soon as we can.
BEHAVIOR POLICY
If a child behaves inappropriately, they will get a verbal warning. If the behavior continues, we’ll put them in an ageappropriate time-out. A third incident will result in dismissal from the program. We’ll notify parents right away the first time it happens so they can get involved.
CURFEW
Adventurers under the age of 18 who are not accompanied by a parent or guardian have a curfew of 1:00 am, unless they’re participating in programs hosted by Adventure Ocean or Teen Staff.
LATE PICK-UP POLICY
Please note the designated pick-up time for each activity. Following a 15-minute grace period, you are subject to a late fee of $1 per child, per minute. If your shipboard activity runs late, not to worry — you will not be charged.
DIAPER POLICY
All children participating in Adventure Ocean activities must be at least 3 years old and be fully potty trained.
SELF-SIGNERS
With parental consent, only 9-to-11-year-olds have the opportunity to sign themselves in and out of the program only while at sea. If your child is a self-signer, please make sure that they always carry their SeaPass® card with them for safety and identification purposes.

For the safety and well being of children, children’s swimming pool personal flotation devices are available free of charge at the pool deck areas. Personal flotation devices (PFDs) are for use onboard the Anthem of the Seas and cannot be taken off the ship.

ONBOARD EXPENSE ACCOUNT
Setting Up Your Account
If you did not set up an account during Online Check-In or during boarding in the cruise terminal, you can do so in the Royal App or at the Guest Services Desk on Deck 4 Onboard Expense Accounts can be set up with a credit card, a debit card, or cas h. Our ships utilize a cashless system, so your SeaPass card will be the only way to make purchases while onboard. Please note that a temporary hold of $99.75 will be placed on your card to verify funds. Onboard purchases over $100 will generate additional holds. The hold will be released within 3 to 5 business days after your cruise ends, but can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank. You may add other guests to your expense account by visiting the Guest Services desk. A daily limit can be placed on arcade spending. All charges can be viewed in the Royal Caribbean App or on your Stateroom TV. How much are gratuities?
If not already pre-paid, a $18.00 gratuity ($20.50 for Suite guests) is added to each guest's onboard account daily to help recognize superior service from crew during your cruise. This gratuity is shared among dining & culinary services staff, stateroom attendants, and other hotel services teams working behind the scenes. In addition to daily gratuities, an 18% gratuity is automatically added to all beverage, mini bar items, specialty dining, and spa & salon purchases.

A one time only registration is needed for children ages 3 - 11 to be able to participate in our program. This can be done in Adventure Ocean on deck 11 and 12 during opening hours. No registration needed for our Teens 12 - 17 years participating in our teen activities.

In the event of an emergency, Youth Staff will escort all children participating in Adventure Ocean activities to their muster stations for reunification with their parents/guardians. For safety and security, whilst in port, the person dropping off and/or collecting a child from Adventure Ocean, must be 18 years or above.
AQUANAUTS: 3 - 5 YEAR OLDS
Whatever they’ve dreamt up today, the sky’s the limit for our Aquanauts. Here, pirate ships and space shuttles are way more than make believe. Because storytelling sparks their imagination — and that makes it real to them. Children must be fully potty trained and diaper free to participate in this age group.
EXPLORERS: 6 - 8 YEAR OLDS
For Explorers, there’s no end to activities that engage young imaginations. Like science experiments, including Space Mud, Get Buggy and Germ Jungle, arts and crafts with Adventure Art and much more! Please note Explorers and Voyagers may combine age groups at quieter times.
VOYAGERS: 9 - 11 YEAR OLDS
The Voyagers group offers endless ways for kids ages 9 - 11 to play. They can stoke their competitive spirit at games, show off their creative skills with age-appropriate arts and crafts and learn with science experiments, including Germ Jungle, Volcanoes and more! Please note Explorers and Voyagers may combine age groups at quieter times.
LATE NIGHT PARTY ZONE
It is $10.00 per hour/child and charged in half hour increments. We will close when the last child signs out, or at 1:00 am, whichever comes first.

OPEN PLAY AND TOY LENDING
For some family fun for young children, please visit Open Play on Deck 11. Please note this area is unsupervised and a guardian should be supervising children at all times. We offer a Toy Lending Program for all families with children ages 6 months to 36 months. Please pick up your bag of toys from the the Royal Babies and Tots Nursery, Deck 11, during opening hours to play with your little ones at your own leisure. We also have some Autism Friendly Toy Lending bags on offer.
CHILD SAFETY RATIOS
Due to safety and security regulations, Adventure Ocean operates on a first come, first served basis until we reach maximum capacity. We regret any inconvenience and will do our best to accommodate your child as soon as we can.
BEHAVIOR POLICY
If a child behaves inappropriately, they will get a verbal warning. If the behavior continues, we’ll put them in an ageappropriate time-out. A third incident will result in dismissal from the program. We’ll notify parents right away the first time it happens so they can get involved.
CURFEW
Adventurers under the age of 18 who are not accompanied by a parent or guardian have a curfew of 1:00 am, unless they’re participating in programs hosted by Adventure Ocean or Teen Staff.
LATE PICK-UP POLICY
Please note the designated pick-up time for each activity. Following a 15-minute grace period, you are subject to a late fee of $1 per child, per minute. If your shipboard activity runs late, not to worry — you will not be charged.
DIAPER POLICY
All children participating in Adventure Ocean activities must be at least 3 years old and be fully potty trained.
SELF-SIGNERS
With parental consent, only 9-to-11-year-olds have the opportunity to sign themselves in and out of the program only while at sea. If your child is a self-signer, please make sure that they always carry their SeaPass® card with them for safety and identification purposes.
YOUTH SEAPASS CARD
If you wish to deactivate your child’s SeaPass®, please do so at the Guest Services Desk.

Make a splash at the pool - but keep safe top of mind, too. Although lifeguards are on duty, adult supervision is still required for children ages 12 and under at all times on the pool deck.
CHILDREN’S PERSONAL FLOTATION DEVICES
For the safety and well being of children, children’s swimming pool personal flotation devices are available free of charge at the pool deck areas. Personal flotation devices (PFDs) are for use onboard the Anthem of the Seas and cannot be taken off the ship.

ONBOARD EXPENSE ACCOUNT
Setting Up Your Account
If you did not set up an account during Online Check-In or during boarding in the cruise terminal, you can do so in the Royal App or at the Guest Services Desk on Deck 4 Onboard Expense Accounts can be set up with a credit card, a debit card, or cas h. Our ships utilize a cashless system, so your SeaPass card will be the only way to make purchases while onboard. Please note that a temporary hold of $99.75 will be placed on your card to verify funds. Onboard purchases over $100 will generate additional holds. The hold will be released within 3 to 5 business days after your cruise ends, but can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank. You may add other guests to your expense account by visiting the Guest Services desk. A daily limit can be placed on arcade spending. All charges can be viewed in the Royal Caribbean App or on your Stateroom TV. Printed receipts will be provided for each onboard purchase, and a preliminary statement will be delivered to your stateroom on the second to last night of your cruise. A final statement will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of departing the ship on the last day of your cruise. Guests on a cash account will need to settle their account at Guest Services prior to disembarking the ship.

Specialty Dining reservations can be made through the Royal Caribbean App. You may also dial [7000] on your stateroom phone and select the restaurant you wish to dine in or visit the restaurant and make a reservation with the Maitre d' outside. The Maitre d' can also assist you with making changes to your seating.
Room Service
Continental breakfast is complimentary. Both the All-Day Menu and American Breakfast will have a delivery fee of $7.95 plus an 18% gratuity for each order. To view the menu, visit the Royal App or browse on the TV in your stateroom. When you’re ready to order, dial [7000] from your stateroom phone.

How much are gratuities?
If not already pre-paid, a $18.00 gratuity ($20.50 for Suite guests) is added to each guest's onboard account daily to help recognize superior service from crew during your cruise. This gratuity is shared among dining & culinary services staff, stateroom attendants, and other hotel services teams working behind the scenes. In addition to daily gratuities, an 18% gratuity is automatically added to all beverage, mini bar items, specialty dining, and spa & salon purchases.

Welcome to Adventure Ocean, located on deck 11 and 12 forward. Our award-winning youth program encourages kids to create their own adventures. Our Open House and Registration time is from Noon to 4:00 pm — join us to get a glimpse of our spaces and activities. We’ll be happy to answer any questions you have. Adventure Ocean opens for drop-off on Day 1 at 7:00 pm. We look forward to meeting you and your little adventurers!
HOW TO GET IN ON ALL THE FUN
A one time only registration is needed for children ages 3 - 11 to be able to participate in our program. This can be done in Adventure Ocean on deck 11 and 12 during opening hours. No registration needed for our Teens 12 - 17 years participating in our teen activities.

SAFETY 1-2-3
In compliance with our Youth Evacuation Plan, children will be given colored wristbands that correspond with their muster stations. In the event of an emergency, Youth Staff will escort all children participating in Adventure Ocean activities to their muster stations for reunification with their parents/guardians. Parents, please ensure that your child wears the wristband that was specially placed for them in your stateroom and that they continue to wear it for the duration of the cruise vacation.

For the safety and comfort of both you and your little adventurer, we kindly ask that only one parent/guardian drop off and collect the child(ren) each session. Please ensure that the person dropping off/picking up a child is a person on the authorised pick up list and that they are carrying their own SeaPass® card. For safety and security, whilst in port, the person dropping off and/or collecting a child from Adventure Ocean, must be 18 years or above.
AQUANAUTS: 3 - 5 YEAR OLDS
Whatever they’ve dreamt up today, the sky’s the limit for our Aquanauts. Here, pirate ships and space shuttles are way more than make believe. Because storytelling sparks their imagination — and that makes it real to them. Children must be fully potty trained and diaper free to participate in this age group.
EXPLORERS: 6 - 8 YEAR OLDS
For Explorers, there’s no end to activities that engage young imaginations. Like science experiments, including Space Mud, Get Buggy and Germ Jungle, arts and crafts with Adventure Art and much more! Please note Explorers and Voyagers may combine age groups at quieter times.
VOYAGERS: 9 - 11 YEAR OLDS
The Voyagers group offers endless ways for kids ages 9 - 11 to play. They can stoke their competitive spirit at games, show off their creative skills with age-appropriate arts and crafts and learn with science experiments, including Germ Jungle, Volcanoes and more! Please note Explorers and Voyagers may combine age groups at quieter times.
LATE NIGHT PARTY ZONE
It is $10.00 per hour/child and charged in half hour increments. We will close when the last child signs out, or at 1:00 am, whichever comes first.
FAMILY ACTIVITIES
If your family enjoys doing scavenger hunts, challenges, or arts & crafts. Check your Cruise Compass or Royal App for some fun activities for you to do together.
OPEN PLAY AND TOY LENDING
For some family fun for young children, please visit Open Play on Deck 11. Please note this area is unsupervised and a guardian should be supervising children at all times. We offer a Toy Lending Program for all families with children ages 6 months to 36 months. Please pick up your bag of toys from the the Royal Babies and Tots Nursery, Deck 11, during opening hours to play with your little ones at your own leisure. We also have some Autism Friendly Toy Lending bags on offer.
CHILD SAFETY RATIOS
Due to safety and security regulations, Adventure Ocean operates on a first come, first served basis until we reach maximum capacity. We regret any inconvenience and will do our best to accommodate your child as soon as we can.
BEHAVIOR POLICY
If a child behaves inappropriately, they will get a verbal warning. If the behavior continues, we’ll put them in an ageappropriate time-out. A third incident will result in dismissal from the program. We’ll notify parents right away the first time it happens so they can get involved.
CURFEW
Adventurers under the age of 18 who are not accompanied by a parent or guardian have a curfew of 1:00 am, unless they’re participating in programs hosted by Adventure Ocean or Teen Staff.
LATE PICK-UP POLICY

SELF-SIGNERS
With parental consent, only 9-to-11-year-olds have the opportunity to sign themselves in and out of the program only while at sea. If your child is a self-signer, please make sure that they always carry their SeaPass® card with them for safety and identification purposes.

For the safety and well being of children, children’s swimming pool personal flotation devices are available free of charge at the pool deck areas. Personal flotation devices (PFDs) are for use onboard the Anthem of the Seas and cannot be taken off the ship.

Setting Up Your Account
If you did not set up an account during Online Check-In or during boarding in the cruise terminal, you can do so in the Royal App or at the Guest Services Desk on Deck 4 Onboard Expense Accounts can be set up with a credit card, a debit card, or cas h. Our ships utilize a cashless system, so your SeaPass card will be the only way to make purchases while onboard. Please note that a temporary hold of $99.75 will be placed on your card to verify funds. Onboard purchases over $100 will generate additional holds. The hold will be released within 3 to 5 business days after your cruise ends, but can take up to 30 days, depending on your bank. You may add other guests to your expense account by visiting the Guest Services desk. A daily limit can be placed on arcade spending. All charges can be viewed in the Royal Caribbean App or on your Stateroom TV. Printed receipts will be provided for each onboard purchase, and a preliminary statement will be delivered to your stateroom on the second to last night of your cruise. A final statement will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of departing the ship on the last day of your cruise. How much are gratuities?
If not already pre-paid, a $18.00 gratuity ($20.50 for Suite guests) is added to each guest's onboard account daily to help recognize superior service from crew during your cruise. This gratuity is shared among dining & culinary services staff, stateroom attendants, and other hotel services teams working behind the scenes. ADVENTURE FOR ALL AGES
DROP OFF & PICK UP
For the safety and comfort of both you and your little adventurer, we kindly ask that only one parent/guardian drop off and collect the child(ren) each session. Please ensure that the person dropping off/picking up a child is a person on the authorised pick up list and that they are carrying their own SeaPass® card. For safety and security, whilst in port, the person dropping off and/or collecting a child from Adventure Ocean, must be 18 years or above.
AQUANAUTS: 3 - 5 YEAR OLDS
Whatever they’ve dreamt up today, the sky’s the limit for our Aquanauts. Here, pirate ships and space shuttles are way more than make believe. Because storytelling sparks their imagination — and that makes it real to them. Children must be fully potty trained and diaper free to participate in this age group.
EXPLORERS: 6 - 8 YEAR OLDS
For Explorers, there’s no end to activities that engage young imaginations. Like science experiments, including Space Mud, Get Buggy and Germ Jungle, arts and crafts with Adventure Art and much more! Please note Explorers and Voyagers may combine age groups at quieter times.
VOYAGERS: 9 - 11 YEAR OLDS
The Voyagers group offers endless ways for kids ages 9 - 11 to play. They can stoke their competitive spirit at games, show off their creative skills with age-appropriate arts and crafts and learn with science experiments, including Germ Jungle, Volcanoes and more! Please note Explorers and Voyagers may combine age groups at quieter times.
LATE NIGHT PARTY ZONE
It is $10.00 per hour/child and charged in half hour increments. We will close when the last child signs out, or at 1:00 am, whichever comes first.
FAMILY ACTIVITIES
If your family enjoys doing scavenger hunts, challenges, or arts & crafts. Check your Cruise Compass or Royal App for some fun activities for you to do together.
OPEN PLAY AND TOY LENDING
For some family fun for young children, please visit Open Play on Deck 11. Please note this area is unsupervised and a guardian should be supervising children at all times. We offer a Toy Lending Program for all families with children ages 6 months to 36 months. Please pick up your bag of toys from the the Royal Babies and Tots Nursery, Deck 11, during opening hours to play with your little ones at your own leisure. We also have some Autism Friendly Toy Lending bags on offer.
CHILD SAFETY RATIOS
Due to safety and security regulations, Adventure Ocean operates on a first come, first served basis until we reach maximum capacity. We regret any inconvenience and will do our best to accommodate your child as soon as we can.
BEHAVIOR POLICY
If a child behaves inappropriately, they will get a verbal warning. If the behavior continues, we’ll put them in an ageappropriate time-out. A third incident will result in dismissal from the program. We’ll notify parents right away the first time it happens so they can get involved.
CURFEW
Adventurers under the age of 18 who are not accompanied by a parent or guardian have a curfew of 1:00 am, unless they’re participating in programs hosted by Adventure Ocean or Teen Staff.
LATE PICK-UP POLICY
Please note the designated pick-up time for each activity. Following a 15-minute grace period, you are subject to a late fee of $1 per child, per minute. If your shipboard activity runs late, not to worry — you will not be charged.
DIAPER POLICY
All children participating in Adventure Ocean activities must be at least 3 years old and be fully potty trained.
SELF-SIGNERS
With parental consent, only 9-to-11-year-olds have the opportunity to sign themselves in and out of the program only while at sea. If your child is a self-signer, please make sure that they always carry their SeaPass® card with them for safety and identification purposes.
YOUTH SEAPASS CARD
If you wish to deactivate your child’s SeaPass®, please do so at the Guest Services Desk.
PLAY SMART. SWIM SMART. STAY SAFE.
Make a splash at the pool - but keep safe top of mind, too. Although lifeguards are on duty, adult supervision is still required for children ages 12 and under at all times on the pool deck.
CHILDREN’S PERSONAL FLOTATION DEVICES
For the safety and well being of children, children’s swimming pool personal flotation devices are available free of charge at the pool deck areas. Personal flotation devices (PFDs) are for use onboard the Anthem of the Seas and cannot be taken off the ship.
