Seapass Account Hold Charge

You may notice a temporary hold on the credit card your SeaPass card is linked to. The hold is used to secure funds for anticipated onboard purchases and will be released after the end of the sailing once your final charges are settled.

SeaPass Card Cash Limit

The credit limit for cash SeaPass accounts is $500. Once this limit is reached, the account will be deactivated. To reactivate, a cash deposit is needed or simply link a credit card.

Important Information for all guests

Today there will be a tendering service operating to transfer guests from ship–to–shore, with tender boats running approx every 25 minutes. Tendering will commence once the ship has been cleared by the local authorities at approx 8:45 am, although in the event we arrive/cleared earlier we will commence the tendering service as soon as possible after arrival.

Guests on Royal Caribbean shore excursions are requested to meet at the location/ venue as listed on tour tickets. For tours that meet on ‘the pier ashore’, we recommend leaving the ship at least 45 minutes before the meeting time.

Information regarding the location of the tender platform will be made during the morning. PA announcements will not be made into guest staterooms.

The tendering process does take a few hours to complete and guests should expect some waiting time onboard, up to an anticipated 30 minutes during peak hours (approx. 9:00 am - 11:30 am). It is very important to note that in the event of heightened sea conditions and swells the tendering process can take longer. Guest safety is our number one priority and every effort is made to ensure a safe operation. Our aim is to transfer all guests from ship to shore as safely and efficiently as possible. Update announcements will be made during the tendering process. Guests are free to return to the ship anytime from 11:30 am and although we aim to reduce waiting times on the pier, this is dependent on the volume of guests returning at a similar time.

Wheelchairs & Mobility Scooters

Tender boats are not accessible to guests who are full–time mobility scooter or wheelchair users. Guests who are unable to take a few steps on stairs or walk across from the tender platform to and from the tender are unable to go ashore. Guests who use collapsible wheelchairs and can take steps will be able to go ashore. Your safety remains our priority.

Illegal Substances

Please note that the local government has strict laws for drug possession. Guests found in violation of such laws are subject to arrest and prosecution and will be prevented from re–boarding the ship.

Take A Towel And Dive Into Adventure

With your SeaPass card, you can check out as many towels needed after each new adventure. Make sure you bring your towel back by 5:00 pm on the last day of the sailing. A $25 replacement fee will be charged to your SeaPass card for each unreturned towel.
