FROM YOUR SPECIALOCCASIONS CO-PILOTS
Greetings from Hockaday!
While this summer was a scorcher, this line-up of 20 Special Occasions is even hotter! Special Occasions are one-of-a-kind events graciously hosted by Hockaday friends and families between October 2022 and May 2023.
We have curated a lineup of events that are sure to transport your mind and soul — without ever leaving home. A complement to the annual Hockaday Parents Association Benefit, Daisy Destinations: A Jet Set Fête, to be held on March 25, the Special Occasions will last all school year long and will take you Around The World in Hocka-Days! Each event highlights landmark destinations, near and far.
The unique “Around the World in Hocka-Days” excursions are geared toward girls of varying ages, siblings, families, moms, and dads and provide opportunities to be inspired by travel; all embody a spirit of adventure — trying new things and meeting new friends in our community! Proceeds from the ticket sales, which range in price from $25-$175, will benefit the Athletics and Wellness Project, further underscoring Hockaday’s commitment to its Four Cornerstones.
Will you join us on a trip around the world? This booklet is your passport to fun!
As you peruse the destinations, please note that the itineraries are organized around the passengers, and each event hits a new mark on the map. These journeys are available for booking at the Pre-Sale in person on October 14, and then online October 15, so set your alarms! If you oversleep, you might miss the flight — seats are limited!
