Colin Dickey, author UndertheEyeofPower:How FearofSecretSocietiesShapesAmericanDemocracy(Viking, 2023), is an expert on how conspiracy theories are structured and built. His talk will focus on how to spot and identify these structures, and how to combat them, with special attention to the upcoming presidential election and conspiracy theories related to higher education that are now being weaponized across the United States.
