POLITICAL LANDSCAPES IN BRAZIL AND THE U.S.: COMPARING PRESIDENTS TRUMP AND BOLSONARO Tuesday, October 1, 2019 4:30-6 p.m. Breslin Hall 105 South Campus Marcelo da Silva Leite is a visiting research scholar at Hofstra’s Center for “Race,” Culture and Social Justice, where he is working on a project entitled “The Internationalization of Higher Education in the United States: A Case Study.” This talk will review some of the commonalities between the current political landscapes in the United States and Brazil since the last presidential elections in both countries.
