How Rude!: Workplace Mistreatment Among Racial Minority Workers A Lecture by Yisheng Peng Department of Psychology Hofstra University

Guthart Cultural Center Theater Axinn Library, First Floor, South Campus Dr. Peng’s presentation aims to improve our understanding of racial differences in both experiences of and responses to workplace mistreatment. Dr. Peng earned his Ph.D. with dual concentrations in both Industrial-Organizational Psychology and Developmental Psychology from Bowling Green State University. His primary research interests are stress coping, workplace mistreatment, occupational health, and older workers issues. This lecture is part of a project sponsored by the Center for “Race,” Culture and Social Justice’s Faculty Summer Research Grant 2018.
