Working with the results of a requirement analysis • Based on the information you collected, did you create a complete job profile with the most important requirements and related behaviors that are critical for success? • Should specific requirements have a higher weight? • Is it possible to compensate for specific requirements in case they are not met? Selecting appropriate assessments based on the results • Which instruments are best to assess the defined requirements? • Are you using a multimodal approach to assess requirements (i.e. more than one selection method)?
