• 1 cup Woolworths Select Sliced Mushrooms • 575g jar Leggo’s Roasted Garlic Pasta Sauce • Shaved parmesan cheese, to serve

Method:

1. Cook pasta following packet directions. Drain and keep warm.

2. Heat half the oil in a large non stick frypan and cook chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and cut into thick diagonal slices. Cover and keep warm.

3. Heat remaining oil in the same frypan and sauté capsicum and mushrooms for 2-3 minutes. Add Leggo’s Roasted Garlic Pasta Sauce and bring to the boil.

4. Add cooked pasta and chicken and gently toss through the sauce. Alternatively, spoon sauce over pasta and top with chicken. Serve sprinkled with shaved parmesan.

1 cup chocolate biscuit crumbs ¼ cup ground toasted hazelnuts 80g butter, melted 500g PHILADELPHIA Block Cream Cheese, softened ¼ cup caster sugar 2 teaspoons gelatine dissolved in ¼ cup boiling water 200g CADBURY Milk Chocolate Melts, melted and cooled slightly 1 cup thickened cream, softly whipped ½ cup KRAFT Crunchy Hazelnut Spread CADBURY Easter Eggs, for decorating, optional 1 COMBINE the biscuit crumbs, hazelnuts and butter then press into the base of a greased and base-lined 20cm round spring form pan. Chill.

2 BEAT the PHILLY and sugar with an electric mixer until combined. Stir in the gelatine and chocolate and mix until smooth, then fold through the whipped cream.

Spoon mixture over the prepared base.

3 HEAT the Hazelnut Spread in a microwave oven for 20 seconds or until softened. Dollop the spread onto the top of the cheesecake then use a knife to swirl through the mixture and create a marbled pattern.

Refrigerate for 3 hours or until set.

4 DECORATE with Easter eggs, if desired, before serving.
