KETO CHIA & PUMPKIN SEED BREAD Ingredients

Eggs - 7 med Almond Flour - 2 cups Butter - 50 grams Oil – Coconut - 2 Tbs Stevia – Granulated - 1 1/2 teaspoons Chia Seed - 2 Tbs Pumpkin Seeds - 1/3 cup Salt Himalayan Rock - 1/2 tsp Baking Powder - 2 teaspoons Xanthan Gum - 1/2 tsp Sesame Seeds

Preparation time: 10 Minutes Difficulty: Easy Cooking time: 45 Minutes Serves: 12 people 1. Line a loaf tin with grease proof paper and spray with oil then pour in batter. 2. In a bowl add eggs and whisk for around 1-2 minutes. 3. Add all other ingredients OTHER THAN SESAME SEEDS and whisk until all ingredients are combined. 4. Cook for 45 minutes then remove. 5. Serve with butter and a slice of cheese for a perfect keto snack.
