Nutty Low Carb Granola Ingredients

Nuts - Almonds, Mac, Cashews, Walnuts 30 grams Chia Seed - 1 tsp Pumpkin Seeds - 1 tsp Sunflower Seeds - 1 tsp Cream - Thickened - 30 mls Whey Protein - Low Carb Vanilla - 1 Tbs Stevia - Granulated 1/2 tsp Berries - Mixed 50 grams

Preparation time: 5 Minutes Difficulty: Easy Serves: 1 person 1. In a small food processor or blitzer, blitz 30g mixed nuts and place in a bowl 2. Add sunflower, chia and pumpkin seeds, protein powder, stevia and cream and stir through until fully mixed. If your mix is a bit thick, add a small amount of water 3. Top with berries and serve.
