SCHOOL HOLIDAYS

The school holidays of the different regions in the Netherlands are registered on this official government website. Eindhoven is part of “Regio Zuid”.

The summer holiday for primary schools is six weeks, and seven weeks for secondary schools. Holidays are staggered across three national regions (north, central and south).

1. Hunt for secondhand treasures at thrift stores and flea markets

2. Help organize activities in your neighborhood

3. Take the kids to Speeltuin Philipsdorp

4. Have a picnic with friends at Stadswandelpark

5. Try my perfect night out: dinner at Miss Paddle, pinball at La Folie, a few stouts at Van Moll, and fries from Dik en Lang
