KEY CLUB
Letter From Your Editor Dear Key Club Members, I hope everyone’s first month of school was successful! Let the freshman know about Key Club. Who we are, what we do, what they can get from joining, show them the beauty of Key Club and most importantly, have them know we do not make keys. The more members, the bigger our K-Family! Please have them join! As a reminder, first general meeting is Wednesday, September 28th, 2011 in the auditorium after 9th. There, we will be discussing what Key Club is and what we strive for. Also, we will be collecting your Membership Information Sheets with your dues! Please spread the word and attend! Even if there hasn’t been any events, still write me articles! What are your thoughts and feelings about Key Club? Send them to me! Please be appropriate and positive. In addition, solve my fun and games! They are an easy way to gain points if you don’t want to write articles. Even better, you can get double the points if you complete both! Send your articles and solved puzzles to holy@thetechkey.com. -Holy Cheong

SEPTEMBER St. Rafael’s Festival September— September 17,2011 The St. Raphael's Festival was a great experience. The face painting, the dunk tank, and the Greek cuisine. The festival had so much going on. We helped out with the event; some of us ran the face painting station and others helped with the cleanup. I personally helped with the wrap up at the evening shift. Even though it was a lot of work moving tables, bringing appliances in and out of the building, I had a lot of fun. The organizers really appreciated our help and this made me realize what Key Club is all about—community! -Adriel Paderanga

KEY CLUB
KEY Clubber of the Month What does it mean to be “Key Clubber of the Month? We give out this award each month to a particular key club member who has made the most impact on our club for that month. In order to get this award you have to attend events, and participate. We want to see someone who is actively helping and contributing to their community. But we also want to see someone who is representing Brooklyn Tech, and most importantly, key club. This member should be the role model for other members.
THIS COULD BE YOU!
