Fabrics (Upholstery): striking patterns

The stunning Etna collection by Alhambra was inspired by the largest active volcano in the Mediterranean, situated in Sicily. There are 28 designs within the collection that would suit any style of home and are ideal for upholstery due to the durability of the fabric. The Chiaroscuro collection by Zinc contrasts light and dark, using a bold monochromatic pattern on soft chenille and indulgent velvet. Rubelli’s Backgammon jacquard velvet in viscose and cotton features a striking geometric pattern inspired by the famous board game which its name references. The pile of the velvet has been abraded, thus enhancing the pattern – which comes in three colourways. This sofa has been upholstered in Inachi Eucalyptus by Black Edition – an opulent jacquard velvet with an irregular geometric pattern and lustrous sheen.
