Jessica Holen is a Fargo native and has a bachelor’s degree in interior design from North Dakota State University. She enjoys customer interaction to formulate the best designs for functional homes while upgrading materials and adding each homeowner’s personality. Jessica manages flooring sales at Accent and is one of their lead designers.

Audrey Dawn Gilbraith

Audrey Dawn Gilbraith is workshop coordinator and groundskeeper for Baker Garden & Gift. She has an associates degree in floral design and greenhouse technology and is a Master Gardener. She considers herself a life-long gardener despite only being 23!

Tim Liebl is a designer and sales manager at Accent. His expertise includes floor coverings, wall coverings, cabinets, countertops, framing, sheetrocking, tape, texture, electrical and plumbing. He has bid, consulted and designed over 1,300 different projects, ranging from simple to $1.6 million home remodels.

Kathy Rheault has decades of experience in the mortgage field and has had the opportunity to work in all aspects of the financing process. She says, “I enjoy working with all customers, from first-time homebuyers and move-up buyers to second home buyers and people looking to refinance. It is truly my pleasure to help you buy your dream home.”

Eric Braun has worked at Bell Bank for the past 12 years with customer service as a top priority. He is proud to be part of such a great organization that has such a strong foundation in the community. He is always on-the-go and says, “My wife and I have a young daughter, and outside of work, you'll find me spending time with my family, training for triathlons, or at the lake.”

Irena Johnson began her mortgage career after graduating college in 2014, starting as a processor/closer, before working as a loan officer assistant and then a mortgage lender. She says, “I enjoy working with customers and setting them up for success! Every home-buying situation is different, and there are a number of programs available. I’m detail-oriented and want to make sure my customers understand every part of the home-buying process.”

Debbie Oakland sold real estate for a few years prior to moving to the lending side. She began mortgage lending in 2002 and started with Bell Bank in 2015 upon moving back to North Dakota. She says, “I love to see people reach their dream of homeownership. Bell Bank offers great homebuyer programs and I can find the program that best fits your needs. We work together to fit your goals.”

Debbie lives in Fargo with her husband. They have two adult children, a son-in-law and one grandson.

Karla VanRaden has lived in the FargoMoorhead area her entire life. She is married with one child and is passionate about the American dream of owning a home! She says, “I've worked in the mortgage industry since 1986. With my knowledge, enthusiasm and hard work, I can help you achieve your goal of homeownership.”

Glen Deeton lives in Moorhead and has been working in the Moorhead mortgage lending community for over 20 years. He will work with you to determine your home buying and financial needs and match them with the loan options that help you meet your goals.

Sarah Mastera is a first-time homebuyer specialist in Minnesota and North Dakota. She began in the mortgage industry in 2012 and started originating at Bell Bank Mortgage in 2014. She says, “Quickly familiarizing myself with the Fargo-Moorhead market, I have become involved in activities and organizations within the local mortgage industry where I have created strong relationships. I find it very rewarding to work with both clients and mortgage business partners to make the process run smoothly for everyone.”

Keely Schlichting brings a well-rounded experience to the entire mortgage process, beginning her residential home mortgage career with Bell Bank in 2000.
