How a $20 pizza is worth $1,040 a year
The lifetime value of a client is significant for any business. In the example above, if the client continues to buy a $20 pizza every week, the business will earn $1,040 from that client over the course of a year. How about over the next 10 years? $10,400.
This client is also likely to refer friends and family members to the business, increasing the business's client base and profit. By understanding and calculating the lifetime value of a client, businesses can better assess how much effort they should put into acquiring and retaining clients.
When you sell leads as a Marketing Consultant or an affiliate, you're not just selling a one-time thing. You're creating a relationship that can pay off in dividends for years to come.
If you sell a $40/mo. lead subscription to someone, that might be worth $1,000's of dollars in commissions paid to you!

Not only will they be more likely to buy from you again, but they'll also be more likely to recommend you to others. So don't just think of your lead sales as a quick way to make some cash.
Think of them as a way to build long-term business relationships and growth.
