Freddy founded The Collective in 2016 to create a real estate brokerage that focused on integrity and ensured a positive, people-first experience for each client. Before becoming a Realtor®, Freddy’s experience in the corporate world helped him develop valuable negotiation skills that he brings to the table for each client of The Collective. “I think negotiating really is a matter of knowing how to deal with different personalities,” Freddy said. In addition to being business owners and parents of four teenagers, Monica and Freddy are also active members of the Las Vegas community. “Coming out here and being able to purchase my first house at 19 as a single mother with no family in Las Vegas was such a huge accomplishment for me, and I

don’t feel that I would have been able to do that anywhere else,” Monica said. “So, I love Las Vegas. I have a huge passion for it.” Monica funnels that passion for the community through her philanthropic work, including serving on the Board of Trustees of The Shade Tree, a non-profit that’s mission is to provide safe shelter to homeless and abused women and children in crisis and to offer life-changing services promoting stability, dignity, and self-reliance. “I’m a huge cheerleader in the community,” Monica said.
