The most common symptom of RLS is an irresistible urge to move because of uncomfortable, and sometimes painful, sensations deep within the body. The sensations often defy description but can range from pain, aching, creeping, crawling, or prickling feelings. Symptoms may occur at any time but are most evident when the body is at rest, whether sitting down for long periods of time or when going to sleep. Symptoms may increase in severity throughout the night.

Assemble, install, test and maintain electrical wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures; work from ladders, scaffolds, and roofs 2. Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects and the need for adjustment or repair by using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes, to ensure compatibility and safety of system. 3. Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures, based on job specifications and local codes. 4. Provide preliminary sketches and cost estimates for materials and services. 5. Direct and train workers to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures. 6. Install ground leads and connect power cables to equipment, such as motors. 7. Perform business management duties such as maintaining records and files, preparing reports and ordering supplies and equipment. 8. Place conduit (pipes or tubing) inside designated partitions, walls, or other concealed areas, and pull insulated wires or cables through the conduit to complete circuits between boxes; fasten small metal or plastic boxes to walls to house electrical switches or outlets. 9. Perform physically demanding tasks: digging, moving and lifting heavy objects. 10. Provide assistance during emergencies by operating floodlights and generators, placing flares, and driving needed vehicles.
