Our new HUR air-resistance strength training equipment was designed with aging adults in mind. The machines are easy to use, and the Smart Card technology takes the guessing and confusion out of your workout while personalizing your training. The consistent resistance provided by air makes the movements smoother, easier to execute, and reduces stress on joints. All members wishing to use this equipment are required to attend a demonstration and to meet individually with a VINE Health and Wellness Coordinator to set up your fitness program.
