HOW IT WORKS
Once you have signed a listing agreement with our Managing Broker, we will discuss which services can increase your home’s value and create a budget of your choosing.
When we have come to an agreement, we will start initiating professionals to complete the work. Your home will go on the market as soon as the work is complete.
Services will be paid for when one of the following happensyour home sells, you terminate your listing agreement with Homes by Janell, or 12 months pass from the contract start date.

Our Concierge Manager, Tiffany, is also a Certified Color Expert! What does that mean?
Tiffany uses a 6-step color read process that starts with your preferences, assesses your current furnishings and finishes, and then puts together the right paint color palette for your home. Each color consultation begins with a phone interview and then moves to an onsite consultation where you will discuss your entire paint palette (walls, trim, ceilings, etc.) as well as finishes for up to as little as one single room in your home, or the entire home!
