Meet Janell Schmittling
Janell started her career in Real Estate in 2006 and opened her own brokerage in 2019. She loves working with friends and family of previous clients and helped more than 180 families buy or sell a home in 2022. Her business is her passion, and she loves helping her team grow to their full potential. When Janell isn’t working, she recharges by spending time with her husband and two kids.
Janell's vision when she opened Homes by Janell was to offer a team approach. The boutique brokerage focuses on giving our clients the best possible real estate services in the Metro East. How it works
Once you have signed a listing agreement with our Managing Broker, we will discuss which services can increase your home’s value and we will create a budgetof your choosing.
When we have come to an agreement, we will start initiating professionals to complete the work. Your home will go on the market as soon as the work is complete.
Services will be paid for when one of the following happens;you home sells, you terminate your listing agreement with Homes by Janell, or 12 months pass from the contract start date.
