DONCK GROUP

Represented by Mr Robert Donck The Donck family, with the ‘Comelco’ and ‘Kaasmakerij Passendale’ companies, was involved for many years in the dairy products and cheese business. The group is now reinvesting in various areas, including shares in the ‘KBC’ bank, ‘Atenor’, ‘Telenet’ and ‘Ackermans en Vanharen’. The Donck Group is also involved in real estate on the Belgian and Polish coasts.

TAFFEIREN GROUP Represented by Mr Peter Taffeiren

The day-to-day management of POC Partners is the responsibility of Peter Taffeiren, the holder of a master’s degree in economic sciences and a special master’s degree in financial sciences from Vlerick Management School. He has a long track record in real estate development and has wide experience in real estate investments on the Belgian and Polish coasts.

The Despiegelaere family was involved for many years in the textile business. The Despiegelaere group’s main investments now are in renewal sources of energy in various European countries and in real estate on the Belgian and Polish coasts.

The Desimpel family made its name in the construction industry owing to its brick making activities.
