Saying yes when God asked me to go was the most rewarding experience of my life. To be able to go to a place I never dreamed of going and to share the Gospel with people I didn’t know brought me so much joy. The idea that Jesus could work through me to bring people and future generations to eternal life with Him is incredibly humbling and overwhelmingly rewarding. I am so grateful that I was given the opportunity to be involved in something so huge and I look at the world differently now. I’m willing to go wherever God calls me and to love whomever He wants, knowing that He will equip me to do and say what He wants to achieve His plans. -Shari Burgess
The pastors and my community of friends from Hope rallied around me and my family during a very difficult time. It wasn’t a matter of them just offering to pray for us, they got down in the trenches and walked through it with us. My biggest fear was that if they knew the real me then they wouldn’t like me anymore, when in fact the exact opposite was true. They loved me and my family unconditionally and made it their mission to make sure we felt loved and support in all areas of this struggle. - Lacy Rushin

On January 9, 2000, a small group of people came together and said YES to God’s call to plant a new church in Frisco, TX. That group has now grown to encompass thousands of people, meeting on three campuses each weekend. Looking back through the years is a testament to God’s faithfulness, and an encouragement toward what God has in store for the future!

At my baptism I completely, without boundaries, opened up my heart and asked for HIS loving grace to cleanse me. I now realize that my past will not define me... it has refined me to the loving, forgiving and peaceful woman you will see today! - Jessica Garza
