Mademoiselle French Collection to Offer Upscale Salon and Pampering in the Silicon Valley Several locations to open in 2018, offering an array of luxury salon services and products SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA, MAY 6, 2017 - Victoria Napolitano has announced that she will be opening several locations of her brand new upscale salon. Mademoiselle French Collection locations will be coming to the Silicon Valley in 2018.

With more than 13 years’ experience as a cosmetologist, Ms. Perkins’ passion has driven her to constantly evolve. A continuing education is very important to her because she craves the new-est trends. T hrough hair, Ms. Perkins is able to create the beauty from within as well as to enhance the outer image, which is individually unique.

Ms. Perkins has participated in sever-al weddings, which have taken place at such locations as the Hotel DeAn-za, Hayes Mansion, Rose Garden and Shadowbrook, as well as in the private homes of several of her clients. Bridal parties, proms, and special occasion stylings are some of the many things about hair that she fell in love with.
