Ladies and Gentlemen, please take your seat for the future of Perth Theatre In 2014, Perth Theatre will begin a £13.5m transformation.
After 114 years, Perth Theatre’s historic auditorium will be fully refurbished to its original splendour and a new studio theatre will be built, along with three new spaces for our many groups and workshops. The foyer spaces will be redesigned around these facilities creating a striking, welcoming and accessible building connecting the High Street with Mill Street and preparing the theatre for another century at the creative heart of Perth.
01738 621031 www.horsecross.co.uk 22
As part of our fundraising efforts, we are asking our audiences to sponsor a seat in the newly transformed Perth Theatre. Funds raised will ensure this new building is fully-equipped with all the fittings, furnishings and facilities that our artists and audiences need for unforgettable creative experiences. Not only will you have a unique dedication of your choice, your donation will help to restore one of Scotland’s most historic and well-loved theatres. You could buy a special gift for a friend, loved one, a business, a school or a team or to show your support of the arts in Perthshire.
For more details please email transform@perththeatre.co.uk or ask at box office for more details.
As we close our doors to commence our exciting redevelopment project, Perth Theatre audiences can look forward to seeing us out and about in your area! We will be making theatre happen in pubs, village halls and community centres; bringing the theatre to you, our audience.
