POST SHOW REPORT SIFEL 2014

The 12th edition of Sifel was held from 13 to 16 November 2014 in Parc Expo Agadir. A region that has always attracted international importers and that is known by its huge potential in terms of agricultural production.

Sifel Morocco 2014 hosted 15 000 visitors from : Italy, Turkey, Belgium, Spain, Russia, Germany, Portugal, Senegal, Morocco, Netherlands, United States , etc‌ This edition also celebrated the 20th anniversary of APEFEL (the association of producers and exporters of fruit and vegetables), which has always provided a special support to this event.

SIFEL Agadir 2014 was also an opportunity for the emerging markets to highlight their dynamism and their openness in a context of highly economic competition; hence the organisation of official delegation visits this year, from Senegal, Ivory Coast, the Netherlands...

SIFEL 2014 featured exhibition spaces and conferences dealing with the latest and most crucial topics dealing with crop management, production technologies and equipments of the fruit and vegetables sector.

Despite difficult economic climate, SIFEL 2014 hosted 40% new exhibitors, who have joined us for the first time, seeking African and International business opportunities.
