Description Modern living brings with it high demands on performance, the need to be always available and constant pressure, leading to more and more people suffering from mental and physical stress. We offer a seminar focusing on stress management and promoting resilience and increasing holistic health and well-being. Together with our qualified psychotherapist you will learn various stress management strategies and relaxation techniques.

Methodology and didactics


The Resilience Seminar is a two-day event and is a combination of practical and experiential methods, both in individual and group work. Target group: Resilience training is aimed at anyone who is overwhelmed in stressful situations and would like more tools to deal with everyday challenges. Program 1st day – Morning • Introductions • What is stress? • Internal and external stress factors • Analysis of my stress triggers • Burnout and bullying 1st day – Afternoon • Stress analysis - group work • Freedom of choice model • Increasing stress tolerance 2ndday – Morning • What is resilience? • Resilience factors • Personal resources and their activation • Analysis and strengthening of one's own resilience factors 2nd

day Afternoon • Getting to know relaxation techniques • Hypnosis induction • Learning self-hypnosis • Breathing techniques and mindfulness exercises
