Getting Your Home Ready to Sell Q: Several months ago, my parents agreed they were unable to take care of their house on their own, and moved to an assisted-living community. I took on the task of selling their home so that they can continue to fund their new situation. However, the real-estate broker who I initially contacted said the house is in too poor a condition to sell. I don’t have the time or money to fix up their house. What can I do? -- Charly, via email A: Did the broker give you any indication of why he or she felt the house couldn’t be sold in its current condition? If not, contact the broker to find out what specific things stood out. If you don’t get answers, contact another real-estate firm to come see the house and find out if it’s really unsellable. I don’t have any specifics as to the home’s condition from your letter, but to an agent or broker trying to sell your home, appearance is very important. Is the inside of the home very cluttered? Is there damage to interior walls, visible mold, large cracks or other immediately noticeable issues? Is the exterior of the home in need of paint or repairs to the siding, roof, steps or walkways? These all affect the home’s sale price and can make it sit on the market longer than anyone would like. Houses can sell in any condition -- but the price will take a hit if it needs a lot of work. I vividly recall being shown a triple-decker in East Boston several years ago with foundation problems so bad, the structure was tilting at an alarming angle. The house sold, but at about one-third the average price for homes in that neighborhood. If the house is structurally sound, you may be able to raise its sale price by investing some time and sweat into freshening up its appearance, outside and in. A fresh coat of paint alone can make a home’s value jump, and it’s not a huge investment. Make a plan to do specific things over several weekends, or even one day a week if that’s all the time you have. Enlist family and friends to help. Put together a budget ahead of time so you know how much you can spend on minor repairs. • Spruce up the house exterior by keeping the lawn mowed and the hedges trimmed. Tear out any dead vegetation. Plant a few flowers along the walkway or in front of the house. • De-clutter the entire home interior, too. If there’s a lot of furniture or keepsakes, if the closets are full of clothes, find out what your parents want to keep, sell or distribute. If they can’t come to the house to show you, take pictures of all the items, put them on your laptop and go through them with your parents. • Clean as much as possible: Get dust and cobwebs out of the house, wipe the walls clean and get the kitchen and bathrooms as sparkling as possible. • Give interior walls a fresh coat of paint. Remove peeling or torn wallpaper, and repair small holes and dings in the walls. • Check out websites or books about staging a house. HGTV has some quick tips, as well as a roomby-room staging guide. • Finally, if the house has some major repair issues, such as needing a new roof, foundation or plumbing issues, talk with the broker about them and how these can affect the sale of the home. HOME TIP: Make de-cluttering and staging a home easier by removing personal items, photos and memorabilia first -- it takes much of the emotion out of the decision-making.

I took on the task of selling their home so that they can continue to fund their new situation. However, the real-estate broker who I initially contacted said the house is in too poor a condition to sell. I don’t have the time or money to fix up their house. What can I do? -- Charly, via email
A: Did the broker give you any indication of why he or she felt the house couldn’t be sold in its current condition? If not, contact the broker to find out what specific things stood out. If you don’t get answers, contact another real-estate firm to come see the house and find out if it’s really unsellable. Congressional Democrats are en route to Wyoming to investigate possible racial profiling and hate crimes. The event instigating the probe was reported to be an item in Gillette’s HouseHunter magazine on page 6 of the June issue. The small article was alleged to profile dogs by breed and intelligence level. “We cannot tolerate people thinking for themselves and having their own opinions, especially in regards to intelligence level based on breed, nationality or sexual orientation of a dog.” stated a Congressional source on condition of anonymity. He further added, “If an opinion is called for concerning the intelligence of dogs, we are willing to launch an investigation to decide what that opinion should be so everyone can remain politically correct.” Local Democrats are anxious to know what the outcome of this latest effort by Washington to win the hearts and minds of the local population will yield. Some are still reeling from exposure to the idea that “People have governments, governments shouldn’t have people.” The outcome of the probe will be reported here when it is completed, which should be by 2019 or when funding runs out, whichever occurs first.

And gifters can even consider a no-bake recipe so they don’t have to turn on the oven when the weather warms up. Need inspiration? Browse the Internet and you’re likely to discover dozens of delicious no-bake recipes. Cooking shows on television and articles in newspapers and magazines also can inspire home chefs. Otherwise, you can try your hand at these simple dessert solutions. • Ambrosia salad: Ambrosia is a variation on a traditional fruit
salad. While the name references a food enjoyed by Greek deities, most believe the dessert traces its origins to the United States. Although ambrosia

First, purchase a box of ice cream sandwiches, then melt hot fudge and crumble cookies, like Oreos(R), into the fudge. Spread the cookie and fudge layer on top of the sandwiches and then repeat the layers. Finish by sealing everything with a thin coating of frozen whipped topping. Wrap in aluminum foil and allow to set and harden in the freezer for a few hours. • Fruit pizza: This is a refreshing and relatively healthy dessert to complement any occasion. Start by making a graham cracker crust, either by mixing graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and a bit of sugar and pressing into a pie dish or by simply buying one readymade. (For a less healthy alternative, and one that requires baking, use a sugar cookie dough to make a cookie crust.) Mix whipped cream cheese with a bit of strawberry jam, marmalade or your favorite fruit flavor. Spread over the crust. Place slices of fruit on top of the cream cheese. Peaches, apples, grapes, sliced cherries, kiwi, and blueberries can be used. For a professionallooking finish, a glaze made from cornstarch, water and sugar will give the top of the fruit pizza an

Pour the mixture into the pie crust and freeze until firmly set. Thaw slightly to slice easily and enjoy. No-bake treats make for easily prepared desserts. People and Principles: A Declaration

Candidate for Governor Spring is a time of renewal. When the buds appear in the spring, we know that the winter’s snows are necessary, and that after the snow melts, good things are possible. We have been through a wintery time in Wyoming government—a period of turmoil. That turmoil, while difficult, has tested who we are and what we want in a government. Do we want a government that takes the people’s vote? Do we want a government that ignores the people’s voices, defies the rule of law and does not honor separation of powers? Do we want a government in which power is gathered in the hands of a few with advantages being taken by the few? Do we want a government that invites the federal government into nearly every aspect of our lives from our educational system to our air, water and land?… We have seen the worst of what a political system can offer. We know that, even in Wyoming, power can be abused and our rights can be taken, including our right to vote. From my experience in state government, I can tell you that the people’s rights are taken daily in ways most people never witness. That can only happen when we do not have strong leadership at the helm – leadership grounded in principles. It is time to learn from the past and set a course of correction based upon principles. It is a time for political renewal. We can find little dispute in our founding principles and, if followed, these founding principles ensure that government cannot go awry. Indeed, our principles unite us. Grounded in our principles, we can have a government that functions as the Founders intended and one that understands the first seven words of the Wyoming Constitution: “All power is inherent in the people.” When we act on principle, the people’s vote will not be taken, the people’s voices will be heard, the rule of law is honored, separation of powers is respected, power is diffused, and the federal government is kept in its place. I have been tested through, as one legislator described, “a refiner’s fire.” My record clearly shows that I will fight for the rights of the people, respect the people, and will fight to ensure that we have a government “of the people, by the people, for the people.” To do otherwise would simply be immoral. On January 8, 2013, I published my first “Red Book”—my Address to the 62nd Legislature and the People of Wyoming. The first Red Book set forth the roadmap to
achieving educational prominence among the states. I recently published my second Red Book, entitled People and Principles: A Declaration. The second Red Book sets forth the principles that I will follow if elected governor. The response to the second Red Book has been overwhelming, and I want you to have your own copy to understand my promises to you.
Part 1—People
The second Red Book begins with the foundation and origin of a free government: “All power is inherent in the people”—the first seven words of the Wyoming Constitution. Many elected officials have lost sight of who they work for, and why they are elected. They work for the people, and are in office only by the consent of the people. The best government acts with prudence, not haste, for in its prudence, it is transparent, accountable, and accessible to the people. I will strive to give the people of Wyoming the government they deserve: not a government that turns the consent of the people into the contempt of the people, but one that protects the people’s individual rights and liberties. I will not allow your rights to be taken—such as your vote. I will strive to give the people a government that does not simply act when it can, but only when it should, and always with a clear understanding that all power is inherent in the people.
Part 2 – Governing Principles
Certain governing principles are necessary to protect the people’s individual rights and liberties. First, all free governments are founded on the authority of the people. Second, the rule of law must protect the people from government and from interferences with the ordered liberty of the individual. Third, due to the inherent tendency to centralize governmental control and to diminish the people’s rights, separation of powers in government is necessary to guard against the consolidation of powers in the hands of the few and to make government beholden and responsive to the people. Fourth, the state must preserve and protect its independence from the federal government. Finally, the people must act as sentinels for limited government, being vigilant that government is not misused for selfish ends.
The Rule of Law. Elected officials of Wyoming take an oath of office promising to “support, obey and defend the constitution of the United States, and the constitutions of this state…” Article 6, Section 20, Wyoming Constitution. As Thomas Paine wrote “in America, the law is king.” Our current governor has taken your vote and violated the Wyoming Constitution. This must not happen again. Separation of Powers. Our government is divided into three branches. This division of powers is necessary to keep power out of the hands of only a few persons. As James Madison stated, power placed only in a few hands “may justly be pronounce the very definition of tyranny.” Guarding Against the Accumulation of Power. The centralization and consolidation of power at both the state and federal level is the most serious threat to the people’s liberties, and their prosperity. Bureaucracy becomes so prominent at all levels of government that our rights-protecting constitutional government is overthrown in practice by something that has many names: the bureaucratic state, the administrative state, or the regulatory state. Protecting the Independence of the State. Each state has the right to protect themselves against unconstitutional encroachment by the federal government. The constitution, both the U.S. Constitution and our state constitution, used federalism to create a government that does not permit encroachments of the federal government into states affairs so as to not upset the balance of power. Individual Responsibility. A government that isn’t kept in check by the people is a government that will become all-powerful and operated by and for the benefit of self-interested bureaucrats. I will be the governor the people of Wyoming deserve— a governor who will be their support and active partner in protecting their rights and individual liberties. I will be a governor who won’t back down to federal pressure and will apply an even greater force for the people.
Part 3 – Growth of Government Did you realize that state government in Wyoming has nearly tripled in the last 15 years? It has. One of the greatest threats to the stability of government and the liberties of the people is the growth of government. The false premise has been that government is necessary to regulate all activities, and as such, it must grow. I reject both notions.

Government exists to protect the individual from governmental interference except where necessary to protect the ordered liberty of the individual. As such, growth in government can only be hostile to protecting the individual from the loss of liberty through governmental oversight and regulation. In the Red Book you will find a thorough discussion of how state government has grown and the encroachments that growth yields. You will also read about how the budget process is controlled by a few and how that process sometimes is used to the benefit of those with political connections. Wyoming must have a strong governor to say “NO” to the growth of government and the intrusion of the bureaucracy into our lives. This is fundamental to my value system, and I have shown that I will protect the rights of the people.
Part 4—Ethics and Open Government
To be trustworthy, government must operate in the open. Corruption and abuse of power occurs in the darkness— away from the light of public scrutiny. I am committed to a true open government and one that encourages public participation. When I was sworn into office as your Superintendent, I halted the implementation of the Common Core—which had not been lawfully adopted and had not solicited public input. As governor, I will not tolerate an attitude of disdain for the public from a bureaucracy that thinks that it knows best. My actions have proven my respect for the public.

I put parents, students, and teachers ahead of bureaucrats, consultants, and education contractors – and I always will. I fought against the federalizing of education, including Common Core and a national assessment – and I will always stand for fair teacher evaluation and local control. I fought to preserve the people’s vote, and will again, if necessary. I made fiscal responsibility real and fought against the growth of government – and that will not change. I fought for free speech in public buildings. I fought against the accumulation of power in the hands of a powerful few. I exposed corruption and ended practices that were wrong.

I will guard separation of powers. I will prevent the federalizing of Wyoming government. I will protect Wyoming from the intrusion from federal agencies. I will stop the growth of government and expansion of bureaucratic control over our lives. I will guard against the accumulation of power in the hands of a few, and will expose corruption and abuses of power.

Now could be the time to get a good deal on a home, provided buyers are able to secure mortgages. No matter how many affordable homes are available, if a buyer cannot get approved for a mortgage, then his or her chances of owning a home are slim. In the wake of a tumultuous economy, many lenders tightened restrictions on mortgage lending. And even though the economy has rebounded, many lenders have continued to follow strict guidelines before lending money. In order to secure a mortgage with a good interest rate, buyers must take control of their financial situations and fix problems that could lead to loan rejection. Many things can impact a mortgage application. Here are the ways to overcome liabilities and improve your standing with prospective lenders. • Know your credit rating. Your credit rating is a score that lenders rely on when deciding whether or not to approve your mortgage application. The higher the credit rating, the more attractive you look to prospective lenders. But the lower your score is, the more difficulty you will have getting a loan. Should you get a loan with a low score, you may have to pay a higher interest rate than someone with better credit. Prior to making any big financial decisions, such as applying for a mortgage, it is vital to find out your credit score. You can request a free copy of your credit report, which includes your credit score, once a year from the three major credit reporting agencies in the United States and Canada: TransUnion, Experian and Equifax. How To Get Approved For A Mortgage • Address any issues on your report. Once you know your score, you can take steps to address any issues on the report. Pay down revolving consumer debts, such as credit card balances and auto loans. Report any errors on your credit report so they can be adjusted. Pay bills on time and address any notices of collections before they make it onto your permanent record. If you will be applying for a loan soon, avoid opening any other credit accounts for the time being. • Maintain steady employment. Having a job is often vital to getting a mortgage. Lenders tend to look for long-term financial stability, which is best illustrated by maintaining steady employment. Jumping from job to job may be a red flag to lenders, so it’s better to make a switch after you have been approved for a loan. • Save, save, save. Having more money in the bank lowers your loan-to-value ratio, or LTV. This will make you appear less risky to lenders. Individuals who have

Some people are too cautious with their credit and think closing accounts or avoiding credit entirely will make them more attractive to lenders. But this can backfire. Lenders will want to see a strong credit history that indicates your ability to pay your debts on time. • Get a cosigner. If you are uncertain about your ability to secure a loan on your own, then consider a cosigner to make you more attractive to prospective lenders. The cosigner helps guarantee the lender that your mortgage payments will be made. People looking to buy a home in the near future must make themselves attractive to mortgage lenders, many of whom are still reluctant to approve loans for candidates without strong financial backgrounds.

Cleaning And Stain Removal Tips Whether it’s carpeting, clothing or upholstery, a new fabric can be ruined at the arrival of that first stain. Spills and spots can quickly mar the surface of any item, transforming a prized possession into an eyesore in a matter of seconds. But knowing how to treat a stain can save such items from the scrap heap and save their owners a substantial amount of money along the way. • Mildew: Rare is the homeowner who hasn’t battled mildew at one point or another. Bleach and baking soda are the materials most often used to tame a mildew outbreak. Depending on the severity of the mildew, begin with one part bleach to one part water in a spray bottle. Allow this solution to sit on the mildew and then rinse. If this does not work, mix one part bleach to three parts baking soda to form a paste. Use an old toothbrush or scrub brush to scour the mildew, allowing the concoction to set for roughly 30 minutes before rinsing it off. If the mildew is still stubborn, increase the amount of bleach in the cleaning solution. Remember to always clean in a wellventilated room. Diluted bleach also can remove mildew from siding or plastic patio furniture. Never mix bleach with an acid, such as ammonia or cleaning products that contain ammonia. • Red wine: Anyone who has hosted a party where adults are drinking wine knows the potential for a spill is significant. Red
wine can stain quickly, so fast action is necessary to prevent wine spills from causing permanent damage. Use cold water to flush out the stain as much as possible. When cleaning spills on clothing, flush the red wine from the back of stain or the underside of the fabric. This is not often possible when cleaning spills on carpets and upholstery, so in such instances blot the stain with a clean cloth, such as a white rag, that will not transfer any additional coloring to the stain. Sprinkle table salt on the wine stain and allow it to sit for two to three minutes. Rinse thoroughly with cold water while blotting up the excess. Continue to rinse until the stain has dissipated. • Oily stains: Oil and water do not mix, so using water to try to treat an oil-based stain will only exacerbate the problem. The first step to cleaning oil-based stains is to use something absorbent, such as corn starch or talcum powder, on the stain and blot with a
cloth. This will help draw some of the oil out of the fabric. Lay paper towels down on a table and place the stained clothing face-down on the towels. Use a dry cleaning solvent on the back of the stain and push down to blot out the oily residue onto the paper towels. Repeat the process until the oil is removed. Apply a laundry pretreatment product or even plain laundry detergent to the stain. Wash in the hottest water that is safe for the fabric and allow the item to air dry. • Pet stains: As young puppies learn to house train, they can leave messes indoors, while cats may soil areas of the home if they are scared or finicky. Pet stains should be treated thoroughly because not only do they look unsightly, but they can begin to smell as well. Leaving odor behind may encourage the pet to urinate in the same area over and over. Plain, white vinegar is a good tool for pet stains. Blot up as much of the urine as possible. Use a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water on the stain. Spray it onto the soiled spot. Blot up the remainder with a dry, clean cloth. Repeat as necessary. To remove any residual odor, sprinkle baking soda on the spot after it has dried. Let the baking soda sit for up to a day. Then vacuum up the powder. When stains occur, avoid rubbing or pushing the stain further into the fabric. Work from the outside in when blotting to contain the stain as much as possible.

Relaxation Techniques and Benefits
Since 2007, the American Psychological Association has commissioned an annual nationwide survey to examine the state of stress across the United States and understand its impact. The 2013 survey found that people continue to experience what they feel are unhealthy stress levels, with 42 percent of adult respondents reporting that their stress levels have increased over the past five years. In addition, 44 percent of survey respondents feel they aren’t doing enough to manage their stress, painting a potentially troubling future for people who cannot find better and healthier ways to manage their stress. The picture is none the rosier in Canada, where data from the 2012 Canadian Community Health Survey revealed that nearly 23 percent of Canadians aged 15 and older reported that most days were “quite a bit or extremely stressful.” While those figures marked a slight improve-
ment from the previous year’s survey, it’s apparent that stress is still a considerable concern for people throughout both the United States and Canada. Though many people unfortunately regard stress as an inevitable side effect of adulthood, it’s important that men, women and even children avoid characterizing stress as simply a byproduct of a difficult and/or successful life and career. Even momentary stress, often referred to as “acute stress,” like the kind that appears when stuck in a traffic jam, can have a potentially devastating impact on overall health. According to the American Institute of Stress, acute stress causes an increase in heart rate and stronger contractions of the heart muscle, and some medical professionals have suggested there is a link between repeated episodes of acute stress and heart attack. Regular use of relaxation techniques to reduce stress can help to counteract the effects of long-term stress, which the National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine notes can contribute to depression, digestive disorders, headaches, high blood pressure, and insomnia. While it’s always best for anyone, and
especially those people with heart disease, epilepsy, certain psychiatric conditions or a history of abuse or trauma, to consult their health care provider before attempting to address their stress on their own, the following are two popular relaxation techniques that may help relieve stress in a healthy way. Meditation There are many types of meditation, but in general people who meditate employ certain techniques when meditating. These techniques may include maintaining a specific posture or finding a quiet, distraction-free location to meditate. Many people of faith use meditation to “Chew on” scripture from the Bible. Research has suggested that routine meditation sessions can alter the brain’s neural pathways and make a person more capable of combatting stress. In fact, a British researcher has shown with medical scanning technology that toxic thoughts such as anger and hate actually produce detrimental, stunted brain structures while praying and meditating – spiritual exercise – can produce healthy, beneficial neural pathways and structures that improve brain function and quite likely have a net benefit of extending life. These benefits of meditation and prayer counteract stress, which over time can contribute to high blood pressure and arrhythmia (abnormal heartbeat) and even cause people to worry too much about minor things or suspect bad things are about to happen.

According to the National Sleep Foundation, a short nap of 20 to 30 minutes can improve alertness and performance without creating feelings of grogginess or interfering with nighttime sleep. A NASA study that examined sleepy pilots and astronauts found that those who napped for 40 minutes improved their performance by 34 percent. While napping can be beneficial, napping can have a negative impact as well. For example, those who nap too late in the day may struggle to get a decent night’s rest later that night, when the length and quality of sleep may not be as long or as strong as it would had they not napped so late in the day. Men and women who find themselves suddenly need naps despite no obvious cause of fatigue should consult their physicians, as this might be indicative of a sleep disorder or another medical condition.

Few things beat a cold beverage on a hot day. When time is of the essence, there are ways to cool down bottled or canned beverages quickly. Individual bottles can be wrapped in a wet paper towel and stashed in the freezer for a few minutes. However, if you will be having a party and want to get beverages ready for the crowd, create a salty ice bath. Salt does not actually make water colder, but it will suppress the freezing point of water. That means water can become much colder -- and retain that temperature -- without freezing over to ice. If no salt were added, the coldest the water would reach would be 32 F. By adding salt, water can get as low as -6 F. This means items submerged in a salty ice bath will get colder much more quickly. Fill a cooler half-way with ice. Add the beverages until they are covered by ice. Then add water until the ice is submerged. Mix in table salt or rock salt to suppress the freezing point of the water. After 10 minutes or more, the beverages should be icy cold.

Spruce Up Outdoor Space Before Hosting Guests Beautiful nights make for great opportunities to invite some friends over for a starry soiree under the nighttime sky. Unlike house parties at which guests will be spending most of their time indoors and in various rooms throughout the house, outdoor parties are often limited to smaller areas, such as patios. That can make things much less taxing on hosts, who won’t have much prep work to do to get an outdoor hosting area ready for guests. But even an impromptu party requires planning and a little elbow grease before guests arrive. The following are a few areas to address before guests arrive for your next outdoor get-together. * Clear the walkways and patio of debris. The walkways and patio may not need too much attention, but give them a once-over with a broom to clear any debris. When clearing the patio of debris, move all furniture, making sure to sweep up any debris, including food, that might have fallen beneath tables and chairs since your most recent party. If the patio is especially dirty, consider power washing it to remove stubborn stains that can rob the area of its aesthetic appeal. * Clean the furniture. Whether it’s been months since your last party on the patio or just a few days, the furniture must be cleaned. Unless items have been stored in a garage or shed, patio furnishings are exposed to the elements, and that means dirt, soil, soot or pollen may have accumulated on the furniture. Wipe down all cushions, using a mild detergent when necessary. Cushions may need some time to dry, so make this one of your first tasks, and leave cushions out in the sun so they dry more quickly. Once the cushions have been cleaned, wipe down the furniture with a wet towel to clear them of any dirt or debris.
* Clean and inspect the grill. The grill is a go-to accessory when hosting an outdoor
party, so give the grill a thorough cleaning before the first guests arrive. Nothing brings a party to a halt like hunger, and guests may begin to grow antsy if they are not served food in a reasonable amount of time. If you are using a propane grill, check to make sure the tanks are full as you clean the grill. Running out of propane is a summer soiree faux pas, so you might want to keep an extra tank handy just to be safe. * Clear the entryway to your home. Your guests will likely be using the same entryway over and over again during the party, so focus on cleaning this entryway so guests don’t trip or have to jump over toys on their way to an indoor restroom. Once the entryway has been cleared of potential tripping hazards, make sure the indoor path to the restroom is clear as well.

Garlic Cheddar Chicken
Ingredients 1/2 cup butter 4 cloves garlic, minced 3/4 cup dry bread crumbs 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper 1/8 teaspoon salt 8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - pounded thin
Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat, and cook the garlic until tender, about 5 minutes. In a shallow bowl, mix the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, Cheddar cheese, parsley, oregano, pepper, and salt. Dip each chicken breast in the garlic butter to coat, then press into the bread crumb mixture. Arrange the coated chicken breasts in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Drizzle with any remaining butter and top with any remaining bread crumb mixture. Bake 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run —23— clear.

We are proud to have trained and supported numerous local athletes who have gone on to play at the collegiate level. Sportsmetrics: It is estimated over 200,000 ACL injuries occur in the United States, over 1 million worldwide, every year. For over ten years, Cincinnati Sportsmedicine has put thousands of hours of research into their world-renowned female athlete injury prevention program. Sportsmetrics is a jump training program designed to teach the athlete coordination and proper technique. It is scientifically proven to decrease the risk of serious knee injuries in female athletes. Because it is based on both scientific research and results from thousands of participants, Gillette Physical Therapy chose to certify its clinic in Sportsmetrics. GPT offers 4 certified Sportsmetrics trainers: Ken Clouston, Troy Gillette, Randy Hite, and Kala Luciano. Each had to perform all required components of the Sports Injury Test, implement Sportsmetrics training programs according to the guidelines set forth by the Cincinnati Sportsmedicine Research and Education Foundation, and ensure that all Sportsmetrics training sessions are implemented by a Certified Sportsmetrics trainer.
