After the event From Minimoon to Megamoon

Expert on unique and luxurious holidays, Kuoni opened its new Aberdeen store in Back Wynd earlier this year and we simply had to pick the brains of store manager Chris Winpenny-Cushine on 2023/24 honeymoons. Here’s his lowdown!

“Now the world has opened up, more and more people are planning ahead to get everything they want from their honeymoon. We’re so happy bookings for next year and 2024 are already in full swing. So far, the top destinations are the Maldives, Bali, African safaris and American road trips… Quite a variety! And a sure sign that, like 2022, it’s going to be all about celebrating the return to worldwide travel after several years without it – think megamoon, not just honeymoon! Our top hotel in the Maldives has to be the amazing Kuramathi – there’s something for everyone, and an incredible a la carte, allinclusive package to boot.

That said, minimoons are still a hot topic and current favourites are Italy, Greece and the Spanish islands.
