Their historic, 1930s traditional home has been respectfully renovated over the past 12 years in collaboration with Natalie Appel & Associates to retain the gentle charm of its original era. Meanwhile, the family and their dynamic contemporary art collection has grown and evolved in direct response to the vibrant and accessible contemporary art community the Nyquists discovered after moving to Houston. The return of springtime also means Round Top antiques season is here. To help Houston-area shoppers navigate the ever-expanding antiques extravaganza, we are proud to present the debut issue of our Round Top Collectors Guide. We’ve included great articles, a handy map and a comprehensive calendar to enhance your Round Top experience. Relish the spring weather as you explore these events and others. Happy home improving!
