enobia Robinson, born Zenobia Lucinda Anderson was born August 28 1917 to Connie Anderson and Emma Kellough of Bastrop TX. She was raised in Bastrop TX. Over the next 99 years she thrived; contributing to the burgeoning and intimately connected community of Bastrop TX. She boldly affirmed Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior January 12 1932, and with the help of the Holy Spirit, she performed by a standard of excellence serving as a perennial leader in the City of Bastrop. As an entrepreneur she worked for the beautification of women and girls for decades as a cosmetologist. She gracefully served many committees – Combined Community Action, Bastrop Senior Citizens, MLK Scholarship Committee, Kerr Community Center and many more. She was the Matron of the Heroines of Jericho Lodge #158 and a member of Her Majesty Court of Calanthe #87. She served her church for over 8 decades as the Paul Quinn AME Church Sunday School teacher and Superintendent. In the past, she also served as the Missionary Society President, President of the Stewardess Board, Choir President, Church Secretary and elsewhere she could fill the gap. Zenobia Robinson was ever faithful until the job is complete. She was born a leader. As the 2ⁿ oldest girl of five sisters and two brothers, she was the last surviving member of the Connie and Emma Anderson immediate family. As a young woman she married Clanford D Robinson and later gave birth to two girls, Ina and Zenobia “Sis” (deceased 1982). Zenobia leaves behind her daughter, Ina L Smith, three grandchildren, Laura Abron, David Smith (Mikella) and Michael McDonald; and great-granddaughter Abria Abron; along with a host of nieces and nephews.

2 Timothy 4:7-8 “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the course, I have kept the faith; in the future there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day; and not only to me, but also to all who have loved His appearing.
