Service Coordinator A Service Coordinator handles both inbound and outbound phone calls scheduling appointments for vehicle maintenance and repair. Executive Receptionist Receptionists are responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience at all times as the main point of contact for Checkered Flag, promptly answering incoming calls, directing calls, maintaining the main reception and lobby areas, greeting visitors and anticipating their needs, and providing clerical support to Managers as needed. Requirements: Applicant must have an energetic, outgoing personality with excellent communication and strong customer service skills. Must be organized, detail oriented, and possess the ability to multi task and change directives in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to maintain confidentiality, contribute to a building a positive team spirit and support and uphold the Company’s organizational core values. 2-3 years prior stable work experience as a Receptionist is required; call center experience is a plus. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, and Outlook. High School/GED or equivalent is required.
