Circulation District Manager Description: This position will administer to the day-to-day contractual relationship with an independently contracted carrier force that will be responsible for the distribution of The Virginian-Pilot and other publications so assigned to them, to home delivery subscribers, retail locations and any other delivery point within their delivery area. This position will be required to effectively interface with subscribers, retailers, other internal Virginian-Pilot employees and any others necessary to facilitate the efficient daily distribution of products and productive administration of the contractual agreement with the carrier force. Hours vary but are typically between the hours of midnight and 9:00 a.m. Monday-Saturday and midnight and 10:00 a.m. for Sundays. Salary Range: • $32K-$40K annually with a potential to make an additional $4,800.00 annually in bonuses.
