Detailer Detailers are responsible for cleaning and detailing new and used automobiles, as well as customer automobiles through the service department. Requirements: Qualified applicant should have the ability to comprehend instructions and information, manual dexterity and good judgment. Service Coordinator A Service Coordinator handles both inbound and outbound phone calls scheduling appointments for vehicle maintenance and repair. The Service Coordinator will also answer and accurately transfer switchboard phone traffic. This position is located in a call center environment. Requirements: This is a TEMPORARY position. Applicant must be flexible to work between the hours of 7AM and 7PM; Monday through Saturday. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written to be used with internal and external customers. Must be highly organized and able to concurrently handle multiple priorities. Must be able to accept and keep confidential information learned in the performance of the job. Able to handle practical problems in a variety of settings. Able to function in a continuously changing environment. Able to work as part of a team to achieve departmental goals. Executive Receptionist Receptionists are responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience at all times as the main point of contact for Checkered Flag, promptly answering incoming calls, directing calls, maintaining the main reception and lobby areas, greeting visitors and anticipating their needs, and providing clerical support to Managers as needed. Requirements: Applicant must have an energetic, outgoing personality with excellent communication and strong customer service skills. Must be organized, detail oriented, and possess the ability to multi task and change directives in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to maintain confidentiality, contribute to a building a positive team spirit and support and uphold the Company’s organizational core values. 2-3 years prior stable work experience as a Receptionist is required; call center experience is a plus. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, and Outlook. High School/GED or equivalent is required.
