We are seeking dedicated professionals who are passionate about the mission of CBN and enjoy interacting with the public. This position will respond to telephone requests for prayer using accepted biblical doctrine, and encourage partner support for the CBN ministry. Multiple shifts are available, with the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment in a positive team environment. This is a regular, part-time position at 25 hours per week with an hourly rate of $10.50. Employees averaging 20+ hours per week accrue Part-Time Vacation and Sick leave.
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: • Knowledge of the Bible • Very comfortable navigating a computer and call center software • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Typing 20 Words per Minute minimum required • Pleasant, professional telephone manner • Strong reading and comprehension skills • Ability to work in a structured, fast paced environment, and adapt to change • Ability to encourage financial support for CBN • Ability to work some weekends and holidays • Experience moderating Social Media and use of HootSuite desirable
