Beat butter and sugar together till fluffy. Add eggs one by one then sieve the flour and baking powder before mixing into the batter. Then mix using fold in method. Put the mixture into the cupcakes tin put into the oven for for 20 to 25min. then when ready let them cool.
Butter cream Ingredients 250g butter 250g icing sugar 1tbs vanilla essence Any food colour of your choice. Sprinklers for decorating. Procedure Sieve the icing sugar. Beat the butter till white in colour then add icing sugar beat by beat. Beat until light and fluffy add the vanilla essence color of your choice ready to decorate the cupcakes and add the sprinklers enjoy ! Boun petite
