HSGBALL2019 welcome to the future 26 October 2019
on the campus of the University of St.Gallen A joint project of HSG Alumni, the University of St.Gallen and the student union.
With over 1500 guests, including around 500 alumni, the HSG Gala is one of the most important events at the University of St.Gallen, synonym to valuable encounters, networking and cultural experiences on the highest level. This year the HSGBALL2019 will take place on October 26th, 2019 on the Campus of the University of St.Gallen. It is a sustainable cultural event, which allows for interpersonal exchanges and building relationships in a festive atmosphere. Culture, culinary and tradition – an experience for all the senses. Dance until dawn, enjoy an exclusive dinner and celebrate with us the over 80 years history of the HSG Ball. Be part of this unforgettable night. Commitment since 1931
A culture of giving back For former students to give something back to their university, both financially and in terms of goodwill, is a firmly established tradition. Over and over again, it enables the development of great and good things: sharing experience, for example, or projects such as the HSG Alumni Learning Center. Your annual membership fee directly supports around 20 student initiatives every year, such as the Oikos Evolve Conference, the Ressort International or the Un-Dress Fashion Show. Passing on valuable experience More and more alumni are coming on board as mentors for the students – there are now more than 500 alumni involved. Students and alumni alike benefit from sharing experiences.

Bilbao, Rioja, San Sebastiån: Europe's gastronomic hotspots exclusively for alumni of HSG – on this incomparable trip you'll discover the Basque region of northern Spain, which has grown in stature to become the ultimate gourmet destination. The picture shows the Guggenheim Museum, opened in 1997. In the 1970s, Bilbao was still an unremarkable industrial city. It has now grown into a centre for culture and gastronomy.
