Editor’s note 2016 will be a challenging year for businesses, as the global business environment is becoming more challenging, amid a slowing down of the Chinese economy and political unrest in different parts of the world.
The conference is also the perfect chance for HR professionals to share tips and tricks about what works and what doesn’t, discuss today’s most compelling HR issues and shape the future of talent management
As a vital strategic partner in driving business success, the HR function is facing an immense challenge in trying to source the right talent to spearhead business growth.
Each of you may be at different stages of the talent management journey, but I am sure you will find the conference informative and you will be able to gain new insights from interactions with fellow HR professionals.
After all, managing talent is an imperative that requires both HR and business leaders to collaborate on matters beyond routine decisions.
We hope you enjoy the event and we look forward to hearing your feedback.
