Talent Management Asia 2017, Hong Kong

22-23 MARCH HONG KONG

Delegate Book

Editor’s note Over the past year, we have seen organisations putting more effort into becoming people-centric employers. HR policies regarding “corporate wellness” and “learning and development” have been much discussed by business leaders. This development is certainly a step in the right direction for organisations to achieve business goals through HR strategies. There is no doubt that HR today is more business-driven than ever. Aligning business priorities with HR strategies will be the main focus over two intense days of learning at Talent Management Asia 2017. Organised for the third year in Hong Kong, this two-day conference has quickly been established as the benchmark for discussions on all aspects of talent management – from performance management and data-driven decision-making to the business benefits of diversity and inclusion in the multicultural environment that is Asia, and much more. Over these two days, you can expect to see a line-up of HR leaders sharing their insights into some of the biggest talent challenges through keynote presentations and panel discussions. One of the highlights as you join us on the first day is the C-suite special session, packed with powerful speakers in the form of CEOs and MDs – they will be making it clear what they expect from CHROs and how they plan to collaborate with them. Please take full advantage of these opportunities to learn from and network with each other, as our team has worked hard to bring you all together. As you settle in this morning, we in the Human Resources team look forward to meeting all of you. Please send us your questions and feedback on Twitter @Mag_HR with the hashtag #TMA2017. Enjoy the conference!
