On the next picture you see the wire No. 6. B / G (black/green stripe)

You will need to remove about two centimeters of the protective tape around the cable harness

Then cut the Wire No. 6 black / green stripe B / G at 4 cm from the connector.

install HEALTECH X-TRE Power Box

You then take the wire from the X-tre unit with the label to ECM and connect it to it the black / green wire of the connector (plug) piece of 4 cm this connection you can use the supplied clips, but it is better that you use this solder shrink stocking over this connection

Same step as above with the black / white wire of the X-tre unit connect with the black / green that runs to the cable harness

Look again very good if your connections are correct !!!!

If you have disconnected the ECM connector, replace it.

Now you are looking for the plug of the GPS (Gear position sensor) see photo this is the white triangular plug with the following thread color blue,pink,black/white

You cannot miss these plugs with connecting as the male and girl is checking them after having connected them in their lock

Now have one red wire from the X-Tre unit that needs to be connected, this is the +12v power supply

You have various options here

1. directly on the battery !! not recommended !! Not provided with a fuse • fuse when installing • if you do not drive for more than 3 to 4 weeks, place M109R charger on the motorcycle • or place switch under saddle on / off

2. on the +12v of the rear light (only +12v after Key is on) • wiring already fitted with a fuse

the middle grey wire is that of the rear light +12v after Key is on

This circuit is already equipped with a fuse

3. The +12v where the alarm is supplied with voltage see picture here the wiring is already equipped with a fuse • (only +12v after Key is on)

the red is +12v lasting

red thread from X-tre on this orange wire you have +12v after Key is on you have these cables if you have an alarm on M109

4. You can also provide the red X-tre wire with + 12v via the ECM connector No. 17 orange / green strip

Now you can proceed to the Test

install HEALTECH X-TRE Power Box

The unit is fully functional after installation. It will also throttle, accelerate and remove the speed limiter. Use of this product is not permitted on public roads. The device is fully compatible with other electronics and performance Assess the TRE position used Put your gearbox in 1st gear Leave the ignition key in the OFF position, stop switch in the RUN position, and stand on the side, wait at least 5 seconds Turn the ignition key ON The acceleration indicator will put the card into use (4, 5 or 6) for a few seconds, then it will return to normal use. Selecting TRE mode Put your gearbox in 4th, 5th or 6th gear, depending on the mapping you would like to set out below according to the table: B-King and all Cruiser models

4

GSX-R1000 (see note), Hayabusa

5

ALL other models 6 Leave the ignition key in the OFF position, stop switch in the RUN position, and stand on the side, wait at least 5 seconds Turn the ignition key ON The acceleration indicator shows the new card (4, 5 or 6) for a few seconds, then it will blink once. The setting is saved, and the gear indicator will work.

Note: - You can try different setting and see how it works on your bike. E.g. using the mode 6 on the GSXR1000 K7 + models gives better overall performance, but sets the RPM limit lower to about 450 RPM. - The device retains the setting when the battery is removed or removed.

Restoring factory settings: Disconnect the 4p plug from the X-TRE box and connect the jumper plug to the belt connector. Disconnect the 3p plugs from the box, and connect the bicycle connections together. You can now remove the box from the bike, it has been restored to the factory state.
