LỜI GIỚI THIỆU Tuyển tập naỳ giới thiệu một số đồ án cơ sở, đồ án tốt nghiệp xuất sắc, các cuộc thi kiến trúc đạt giải cao và những workshop quốc tế sinh viên chương trình Kiến Trúc Tiên Tiến, trường Đại học Kiến Trúc Hà Nội đã thực hiện trong 10 năm qua. Chúng tôi tin rằng hành trình tư duy đó là một chặng đường đáng nhớ đối với mỗi người và sẽ là tiền đề cho sự phát triển tư duy thiết kế kiến trúc, kết nối tương lai bền vững.
I. Projects/ Đồ án, môn học cơ sở Trong suốt hành trình để trở thành một kiến trúc sư, các sinh viên chương trình Kiến trúc Tiên Tiến trải qua rất nhiều các môn học và đồ án cơ sở với quy mô và tiêu chí khác nhau. Chúng tôi muốn giới thiệu một số các bài tập và đồ án trong số đó. Bắt đầu bằng môn Cơ Sở Tạo Hình, nơi các sinh viên tiếp cận với các yếu tố và nguyên tắc tạo hình cơ bản trong kiến trúc. Tiếp đó là làm quen với những cách tiếp cận trong việc phân tích và tổng hợp ở đồ án về Phố Cổ Hà Nội, một khu vực nghiên cứu đô thị đa dạng và phức tạp cả về phương diện xã hội học và không gian đô thị. Đồng thời, những năm tháng học tập này, cũng là lúc các sinh viên phát triển tư duy ở những đồ án thiết kế đô thị và kiến trúc ở các quy mô từ nhỏ tới lớn khác nhau.

Inpriration from rose which was planted in the garden near the site. With many typicals of rose, it is easyly to get the similar pattern. However, the result of it could be very flexible and could be similar with another way to develop pattern. But during the process it is necessary to get the keyword which will make a good benefit for the final decideness. Abtraction from rose, I got two types of original form, the first one is a set of curve go arround one center point and the second is a kinetic pattern. In this project i will try to develope these patterns, but i found some tips that the original form could be a small detail of object then develope it in to module. When we have a series of module it can be modified ( like cutting, discontinuty, shear, break ,... ) and it can be so many interesting form in the end. Keyword: Accumulation, fantasy, floating.

Concept ban đầu về ý tưởng dòng không gian, tính liên tục và xuyên suốt của dòng không gian. Mỗi một dòng chảy như một palimpset tác động và làm thay đổi bề mặt vật chất xung quanh. Sự tích lũy về dòng thời gian và không gian, sự chồng chéo của các lớp layer, sự phản chiếu của các đặc trưng trong dòng chảy không gian, sự bóp méo và tác động vào dòng không gian, sự lặp lại của các hình ảnh vô tận. sự thay đổi hình ảnh phản chiếu khi tác động vào dòng không gian..

II. Thesis Projects l đồ án tốt nghiệp
Đồ án tốt nghiệp là đồ án cuối trong chương trình đào tạo. Đồ án này đánh dấu bước ngoặt quan trọng trong hành trình tư duy từ một sinh viên để trở thành một kiến trúc sư. Ở đồ án tốt nghiệp, các sinh viên phải khẳng định sự hiểu biết về những ý tưởng, khái niệm kiến trúc. Đồng thời với đó là sự am hiểu về các hạng mục kết cấu và kĩ thuật. Trong 10 năm qua, đã có 5 khóa kiến trúc sư KTT tốt nghiệp; nhiều người đã và đang tham gia vào các công ty và đơn vị thiết kế uy tín trong và ngoài nước.

III. INTERNATIONAL WORKSHOPS l workshops
Trong bối cảnh toàn cầu hóa, song song với việc học tập tại trường, các sinh viên Chương trình Kiến trúc Tiên Tiến luôn có cơ hội để tham gia các workshops quốc tế. Các workshops này ngoài việc nâng cao và trau dồi kiến thức chuyên ngành và khả năng ngoại ngữ cho từng sinh viên, đây cũng là cơ hội lớn để các sinh viên KTT tiếp cận với những hiểu biết văn hóa với bạn bè quốc tế. Hiện nay đã có những workshops trao đổi đa dạng văn hóa, cũng như phát triển khả năng thiết kế bền vững hàng năm như : Green Architecture for Sustainable Communities (GASC), Bangkok Hanoi Studio Workshop, Kitakyushu. Ngoài ra việc tăng cường quan hệ và hợp tác sẽ tiếp tục được thúc đẩy trong tương lai.
IV. COMPETITIONS l Cuộc thi thiết kế quốc tế
Những cuộc thi kiến trúc quốc tế là một trong những cơ hội lớn cho các sinh viên ngành Kiến Trúc Tiên Tiến để tăng cường khả năng chuyên ngành. Mặc dù số lượng sinh viên chưa lớn, nhưng nhiều nhóm sinh viên Chương trình Tiên Tiến đã đạt những giải thưởng cao và uy tín.

Vấn đề của nhà nổi hiện tại có thể được miêu tả trong một chữ cái: sự đơn độc- chúng tôi nhắm đến một đề xuất để trước tiên giải quyết vấn đề đó. Chúng tôi tạo ra những nhà trong môi trường, nơi những nhà nổi được kết nối với nhau là một phần của một tổng thể lớn và mang nhiều giá trị hơn.
Đồ án sẽ là điểm đến đặc trưng của khu vực nhằm thu hút du khách, đồ án sẽ tạo ra một môi trường sống hài hòa nơi những cư dân của nó sẽ được hưởng lợi từ những vườn cây, từ những sân chơi và không gian văn hóa và cuối cùng đồ án sẽ tạo ra một cộng đồng văn minh và đoàn kết cho khu vực.

As urbanization is speeding all over the world, buildings have been described ad a hidden culprit, responsible for 20% to 40% of global energy consumption and more than 30% of global green house gas emission. For developing contries like Vietnam, while fast economic growth and urbanization rates are improving living conditions, they are also leading to an increasing energy demand. It is expected that between 2010 and 2025 there will be a 10% increase in energy demand each year and that by 2025 the demand will be triple the current demand and that 8 times the amount of electricity will be required to cope with the fast urbanization and construction rate. Moverover, Vietnam has been facing serious energy shortage, this is the consequence of over exploitation of fossil energy sources, but forget to invest in the renewable energy sources.

OFFICE IN PARK Moreover, The growing demand for office spaces in Hanoi has led to office buildings mushrooming. Hanoi is facing difficulties from the combined impacts of increasing urban population, motorization, overloaded infrastructure and public service system, degradation of the environment. The greastest challenge of Hanoi is to define a vision of sustainable and inclusive development. Understanding the circumstance, the idea of “Office in Park” revolves around three concepts: Climate Adaptation, Energy & Water Scarcity and Human Well-being to create a “Urban smart green office”.

RIBA In simplest terms, water makes up about 71% of the Earth’s surface, while the other 29% consists of continets and islands. To break the numbers down, 96.5% of all the Earth ‘s water is contained within the oceans as sa;t water, while the remaining 3,5% is freshwater lakes and frozen water locked up in glaciers and the polar ice caps. Of that fresh water, almost all of it takes the form of ice: 69% of it, to be exact. If you could melt all that ice, and the Earth’s surgace was perfectly smooth, the water surface area would rise in the future. So why do we not take advantages of it? A new city development in the future will be a combination of a variety of units capable of self-sufficiency in all aspects including food, energy, housing and public buildings, serve within the unit in and will be better able to adapt to natural conditionsas well as the environment.

REGREEN GENERATION The city of Kitakyushu hopes to be referred to as the “Environmental capital of the world” and the “Technology capital of Asia.” Being an EcoModel city ( as certified by the Japanese government in July 2008) Kitakyushu has set a goal of reducing CO2 emissions city-wide by 50% and throughout Asia by 150% from 2005 levels by the end of 2050. As part of efforts to achieve these goals, Kitakyushu has established the Kitakyushu Asian Center for Low Carbon Society, to act as a core facility dedicated to vitalization of local economies through a commitment to carbon reduction projects in Asian societies.
The project is divided into 4 terms. Beginning period: Let’s do green space. 1 year later period: Some plant species begin growing up. 3 years later period: After being constructed the ecology will not only be play as a natural filter which helps to improve the aquatic environment but also attract loval creature and people. 5 years later period: After 5 years, the surrounding site is completely green coverd, the site individually act as a sustainable environment in the most natural way. The site helps people know how to react nicely to the nature.
