Year 6 Transition Reading List
At Hymers College, we know that the transition into Senior School can feel a little intimidating. We’ve therefore put together a list of books that deal with similar issues that you might find exciting over the summer.
Reading is vitally important to our development and therefore we encourage you to read for a minimum of twenty minutes every day. These books are optional and of course you can read from outside the list too.
